Excellent hotel and friendly staff. Only downside is meats weren't cooked enough. Animation team worked very hard.

Room was excellent with pool and sea view. Good air con in room too which was free. Pool area very good, always sunbeds available. Entertainment staff are good fun. If you fancy the beach it is literally a 2 minute walk max. Restaurant provided a good mix of food which was very nice. Bacon and sausage is Spanish and nowhere near as nice as English.
Only downside for me was the amount of ignorant and obnoxious French guests. Always trying to push in when queuing for food or going wrong way round the counter as they have no patience or manners.

All staff always had a smile on their face. Rooms cleaned daily, fresh towels, food good, would go back. It's a French hotel, most was very friendly. Highly recommended this 3 star hotel.

Very good 3 star all inclusive hotel. Brilliant animation team and kids club activities. Lovely clean rooms. Nice food. Great location for beach. No rush for sun loungers as pool didn't open until 10am. All staff friendly and helpful. Mostly French clientele but this was not really a problem. Enjoyed and hope to return next year.

Lovely clean comfortable hotel. All the staff were friendly and helpful making everyone feel welcome. Stayed full board and could not fault the food. If you use a mobility scooter it has to be left by reception where there are plug sockets to charge them. Good location across the road to the beach and bus stops opposite. I would happily stay here again.

Hotel was very clean, rooms were fine. The one thing that spoils our holiday was the sun bed situation. There were not enough shades to go round. You had to queue behind a rope cordon at 10.00 am ready to rush into the pool area to get a sun bed and shade. The sun beds were piled high on top of each other and it was a smash and grab. My friend and I are no Spring chickens so missed out every day on a sun shade. Considering the temperature was in the 90's every day this was very annoying. Apart from this we could not fault the hotel. Food was good, plenty to drink, and the animation team did a wonderful job. Lots of French guests but no problem there.

The hotel was spotless, we were in the refurbished part of the hotel. Room 214, 2nd floor, walk in shower, good comfy beds, room cleaned every day also towels changed every day. Food was good most days, always something to try. My only moan would be some of the French staying here, thought it was their hotel and the queue jumping at the bar. Other than this we had a great 10 night stay at this hotel. Would definitely recommend.

Fantasy hotel we were group of 11 and not one complaint! Food had wide variety every meal, plenty alcohol, lots of sun beds around the pool. Staff all friendly and the hotel was spotless. Totally recommended.
