Hotel is in a good location. Clean with friendly staff. Although you can not access the pool area we had no problems getting sun beds however sometime these would be in the shaded garden and not pool side.

On arrival, check in was quick and easy. We handed over the booking voucher, the receptionist gave all the information we needed. The rooms are fine, ours maybe a little tired, but talking to other guests, theirs sounded like it had been updated, so maybe it's ongoing decoration. The food was lovely, lots of choices. The pool is lovely, no problem with getting sunbeds. The hotel run activities around the pool if you want to join in. The rooms are cleaned daily. The only problem, a key card didn't work, so the receptionist gave me 2 new ones no problem. Would go back again.

Hotel was lovely with friendly staff and rooms were kept clean and tidy. The only gripe I had was the pool didn't open until 10am and closed at 7pm.

The hotel rooms were tired, dated and small. The staff were helpful and friendly. All recreational areas were kept clean. Food was average, but let's remember it is a 3 star hotel and I had no complaints about the food. The only thing that I would suggest is that they get better dish-washing machines because more than often dishes were not clean sufficiently. Outdoor area very good, lovely swimming pool and gardens. Location fantastic!

Stayed 5 nights - all fine - just as I would expect from a Spanish hotel of this calibre, clean room, clean bathroom, good beds. Food was good, plentiful and available for a wide range of time. Staff friendly and helpful. Pool side is noisier, street side looks like a building will go up opposite.

A most clean hotel very well situated and set amongst beautiful gardens. Impressive service delivered from most staff throughout the hotel and throughout our extended 30 days stay. The food was good overall but became repetitive after just a few days.

Hotel was comfortable and staff helpful and pleasant. The food in the restaurant which was buffet style was ok but mainly the same choices every day and could have been better managed. Location was excellent, a few minutes from the Marina and local busses. Overall a pleasant stay and value for money.

Lovely hotel, food good but much the same each day, could do with more variations. Salad bar lovely and fresh at each mealtime. We didn't join in the activities as seemed more for the children and teenagers. Evening entertainment was a waste of time for us, as again seemed more for youngsters. The hotel itself very clean and lovely staff in the bar, we did think the waiting staff were quite abrupt and slightly rude! Unfortunately the indoor pool was closed and being October the outside pool was freezing, only went in once for about 15 minutes and I do like a daily swim when away. The location was fantastic, there is quite a steep slope down to the Marina and beach but once down it's worth it, it's beautiful. Lots of restaurants and bars along the front. We had lunch out twice for variation even though we were all inclusive. Overall had a fab time and would recommend.
