Torrox, Costa del Sol, Spain
A quaint historical town, more sedate than it's lively neighbour of Nerja.
Torrox
With the sea at your back, you'll see an impressive landscape rising up from the coast into the foothills of the Sierra de Almijara mountain range. Vineyards and olive groves blanket the slopes, dotted with whitewashed villages like Torrox.

The first place I've been and not wanted to come home. The staff everywhere were so friendly, everyone including strangers were so accepting of my disabled son. They made an unreserved amount of effort with him and my other son without treating him differently. There is a lot to do for people of all ages, the restaurants were all great, good value for money. There is good disabled access everywhere. I was very impressed by the amount of lifeguards around, it made me and family feel safe. I can't wait to go back!

The people are friendly, the resort is very tidy but there's not a lot for children to do. They even have boats that go along the waters edge scooping rubbish out the water, it's worth a visit.
