Location
The hotel is approx 2km from the centre of Malia with its array of shops, bars, restaurants and nightly entertainment. The complex is located right on the sandy beach with loungers and parasols to hire and water sports to try out.
Heraklion Airport is approx 35km from the resort of Malia.
Facilities
Facilities include 4 swimming pools (3 suitable for children) and sun-terraces furnished with loungers and umbrellas. There is also a childrens playground, beach volleyball and football.
The hotel has 2 restaurants (one for half-board guests, the other for all inclusive guests), a main bar, a snack bar, 2 beach bars and the pool bar.
Guest services include 24hr reception, currency exchange, TV corner, lift access, car rental and internet corner.

All Inclusive
The All Inclusive programme consists of all meals; breakfast, lunch and dinner, served buffet style in the All Inclusive restaurant. During breakfast water and juices are offered; during lunch and dinner, wine (red and white), draught beer, soft drinks and water from dispenser. Tea and coffee time with cookies is between 15.30pm and 5pm at the snack bar (self service).
Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like water, juices, filter coffee, tea, soft drinks from dispenser, ouzo, raki, brandy, wine (red and white) and draught beer are served from 10am until 11pm, at the pool bar from 10am to 6pm and the main bar from 6pm to 11pm.

Special Information
From 1st of January 2024, the Greek Govt. are charging a Climate Resilience Tax on all overnight stays which will be payable before departing the hotel. This tax replaces the previous sustainable tourism tax. March to October: 5-star hotels: €10 per room, per night 4-star hotels: €7 per room, per night 3-star hotels: €3 per room, per night 1-star & 2-star hotels: €1.50 per room, per night Furnished rooms/apartments: €1.50 per room, per night November to February reduced rates will apply.
