The complex is located in front of the beach, in a quieter street just off of the main road and only 100 metres away from Kavos resort centre which is full of shops, bars, restaurants and nightclubs. There is also a pier outside the hotel with boat trips to neighbouring islands.
Kavos is approx 46km from Corfu Airport.

Lemon Grove Apartments has an outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace with a bar and restaurant, pool tables, satellite TV, loungers and umbrellas. Pedaloes, jet skis and watersports are available at the beach in front of the hotel for a local fee.

From 1st of January 2024, the Greek Govt. are charging a Climate Resilience Tax on all overnight stays which will be payable before departing the hotel. This tax replaces the previous sustainable tourism tax.
