Had a fabulous holiday celebrating my partners 50th birthday. The hotel was beautiful in a wonderful location. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had a choice of several pools! We chose the Adult only pool which was very relaxing with a great waiter offering drinks and snacks. We also had a choice of restaurants which were very nice. Overall we would give this hotel and holiday a five star rating and would definitely recommend.

The hotel was lovely but the description of Ultra all inclusive was misleading, no premium drinks, very poor service in bars and restaurants, not very responsive and the all inclusive closed at 11pm. Had these few things been correct then we would rate at 5 stars. As it happened, we spent a lot of money going to the next town Sissi to enjoy a proper drink. Pool areas, cleanliness and rooms were all fantastic.

Hotel is really clean and quiet but there are a lot of other stuff not from a 5* hotel ; make the queue for at least 5 minutes each night to get only a glass of water or a coke. Also quality of drinks are really bad (pepsi instant drinks with lot of sugar).

The entrance for the Junior Suite and other suite are on the service entrance; means that each day you have a lot of truck in front of the entrance or your room if your are one of the first room in the building.

The reason for this not being 5 Star is that yes there are areas which are certainly being renovated to that level in accommodation however we were in an older area of the complex not yet renovated. The room was comfortable but tired and also the furthest block away from the rest of the resort, the pathways were also not the best and with the resort on a hill did not help. The entertainment for a gated resort which was very remote was severely lacking during both the day and the evening and as this was one of the main reasons for booking, was very disappointing. The food quality was excellent but very samey even though there was good variation, restrictions on the number of drinks could be ordered was also restrictive as a family of 4 it meant two people had to go and collect them which was not pleasant for the experience. The late checkout was not as advertised on website as free of charge and could not be secured until day of departure, which again was not good for the experience adding 50 euro and the waiting to see if we had somewhere to change with the late flights.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Food ok but a bit monotonous and not very warm. Other guests especially the Germans, very rude, ignorant and arrogant pushing in when there are queues of people waiting, demanding drinks without saying please or thank you. Rooms very basic but ok, very clean and maid service everyday making up the beds, emptying bins and sweeping floors.

The accommodation, service and food were excellent. When we did have a problem in our room, the staff at the hotel were very helpful and arranged for a transfer/upgrade immediately. The variety of choices of pool/beach side areas was great and the cleanliness and service was very good. The a la carte restaurants were a little repetitive and the service rather slow at times, but all in all a very positive experience and we had a truly relaxing holiday.

We felt that the hotel was not All Inclusive as we were invited at additional costs to a Greek Night, Lobster Night, Asian Night whereas when we stayed at the Mitsis Blue Domes a 5* plus hotel in Kos in June everything was inclusive. The staff lacked a friendly touch with few exceptions, food was limited and quality of complex was 3 star rather than 5 star. We also, due to our delayed flight and late arrival missed our evening meal and had to pay 24 Euros for a drink in the bar as AI drinks finished at 11pm.
