The facilities provided for guests includes an outdoor swimming pool with water slide and whirlpool, children's pool and an indoor pool (closed 01/06 to 15/09) with pool towels provided. There is a day and evening entertainment programme, a games area offering shuffleboard and mini-golf, a gymnasium, FREE Wi-Fi and bicycle hire. The hotel offers a restaurant with show-cooking (men must wear long trousers), bar in the reception area and saloon bar La Najara.
The hotel also provides a children's mini-club (open 01.06 to 30.09), babysitting on request (local charge) and children's buggy hire. Further facilities include internet corner, hairdresser, shop, Acquaplaya health and beauty centre. Some facilities may incur a local charge.

Rooms have 2 double beds only and the hotel cannot put an extra bed in the rooms.
