The apartments are situated just 30m from the nearest mini-market, 80m from a bus stop, 250m from the beach and 300m from the centre of Stalis. The lively neighbouring resort of Malia is around 3km from the apartments.
Heraklion International Airport is approx 28km away.

From 1st of January 2024, the Greek Govt. are charging a Climate Resilience Tax on all overnight stays which will be payable before departing the hotel. This tax replaces the previous sustainable tourism tax. March to October: 5-star hotels: €10 per room, per night 4-star hotels: €7 per room, per night 3-star hotels: €3 per room, per night 1-star & 2-star hotels: €1.50 per room, per night Furnished rooms/apartments: €1.50 per room, per night November to February reduced rates will apply.
