I am compelled to give this so called hotel the lowest rating possible. My husband and I have just returned from here and have to say it was the worst holiday hotel we have encountered in our 40 years travelling together. We were allocated what can only be read over as a prison cell like room with virtually no daylight, sunlight, balcony or seating area outside our room whatsoever. We had requested a room with a balcony high floor and a seaview. Instead we got a ground floor basic double room with no balcony or view of any description. We practically begged reception to upgrade us and we were willing to pay any extra money but to no avail as they said they were completely full up
