We requested a room on a high floor overlooking the pool and that is exactly what we got. We cannot fault the hotel at anything, location, food quality and choice, cleanliness throughout, staff work rate and pleasantness, (especially Gimena who seemed to work everywhere, dining room, pool bar and main bar, inside & out, and always with a smile). The only very small negative comment would be that for some people it was difficult to get in or out of the pool via vertical ladders. One thing that amused us was that some people queued to reserve sunbeds at the front of the hotel where it was sunny all day and then sat under umbrellas for shade.

Second time to Las Arenas Hotel and you will be hard pushed to find a better hotel anywhere in Spain. Very British with over 90% UK holiday makers on holiday so they know how to look after us British. Nice pot of coffee or tea every morning brought to the breakfast table, none of that queuing at machines.

The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff really make this place. They are all so friendly and the restaurant staff in particular are wonderful with all the children. The rooms are basic but well maintained and clean. For the price, no-one could have any faults with this place. It's also ideally located for the beach, literally just yards away. We are definitely heading back here next year.

Arrived at the Las Arenas hotel and was met with friendly staff straight away. This meant so much as I had broken my leg several days before the holiday and needed assistance, they immediately telephoned for wheelchair delivery and it came within 1 hour of arrival. Our family of three was allowed to go straight to our room, which on most arrivals aren't ready, ours was. Spacious and lovely and clean throughout.

Central to everywhere, next year the holiday will be making this Adults only holiday and there are some updates to building from October 2017. Excellent hotel, staff are happy and brilliant customer service. If people like the beach the Marcus bar is opposite the Hotel. The rooms are lovely, cleaners are brilliant and the bar waitress/waiter, reception brilliant. I have already told family and friends about our stay.

The hotel is spotlessly clean, food is great, the staff are very friendly and helpful, entertainment shows every night which were outstanding. There is a happy hour each day for guests when all drinks are half price! Plenty of sun beds all around the pool. Really nice place to stay (this was our 3rd visit).

There is everything you need and more, we have been coming here for 6 years. The rooms are very comfortable and spotless, also a fridge and well equipped bathroom. We will be back again in September.
