Location
The hotel is set in quiet surroundings on the seafront and amongst well kept gardens, situated directly on the sandy beach where guests can relax on the sun loungers and parasols or try the water sports on offer. The resort centre is just 100m away with a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants to enjoy.
Heraklion Airport is approx 35km from the resort of Malia.
Facilities
Facilities include three fresh water swimming pools, a childrens pool, outdoor jacuzzi, sun-loungers and umbrellas are available at both pools and on the beach. Further leisure facilities include table tennis, billiards, darts, gym, sauna and a childrens playground (local charges apply).
Wining and dining choices include the main buffet restaurant, a pool bar, seafront restaurant and a beach bar. Occasional evening entertainment is offered such as karaoke nights or Greek night with barbecue and live music.
Rooms
Room types consist of superior rooms for 2-3 people, superior maisonettes for 2-3 people, family rooms with one bedroom for 2-4 people and superior family rooms with two bedrooms for up to 4 people.
All rooms feature a private bathroom, individual air-conditioning, hairdryer, balcony or terrace, direct dial telephone, satellite TV with music channels, mini-fridge, safe deposit box (local charge) and an espresso machine.
All Inclusive
The All Inclusive package includes all meals; breakfast, lunch and dinner, served buffet style in the main restaurant. There is an Ultra All Inclusive board which allows guests to enjoy a complimentary meal at Elia a la carte restaurant.

Special Information
From 1st of January 2024, the Greek Govt. are charging a Climate Resilience Tax on all overnight stays which will be payable before departing the hotel. This tax replaces the previous sustainable tourism tax. March to October: 5-star hotels: €10 per room, per night 4-star hotels: €7 per room, per night 3-star hotels: €3 per room, per night 1-star & 2-star hotels: €1.50 per room, per night Furnished rooms/apartments: €1.50 per room, per night November to February reduced rates will apply.
