Very good hotel, extremely friendly staff, great welcome from the moment we arrived to 'greetings' free drink at the bar, to the moment we left, we felt part of the family. Efficiently run, rooms cleaned daily,and everything worked properly i.e. plumbing etc. Great balcony view over the nice clean pool.

Great location right on the edge Agia Marina but easy walking distance to the next resort, the lively Platania.

Majority of guests seemed to be from Norway, some Swedish , but all were very friendly and keen to mix in- always encouraged to do so by crazy, but good guy head barman Akis ( 'Peace and Love, save the carrots') Special mention too for very helpful receptionist Blondie.

Only two minor knit picking complaints:- No balcony air dryer or clothes line and shower curtains so small that they stick to your body if you move whilst showering- annoying!

Apartments really well presented, cleaned and towel change everyday, bed linen changed every other day. Pool and Pool bar very good, sufficient free sun-beds. All staff very friendly and helpful, would happily recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Pool and Pool Bar very good with plenty free sun-beds round pool. Frontage located on main road, but still nice and quite round pool and apartments which are set back. Would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Epimenidis is in a great location and the cleaners provided an excellent service. However, I was disappointed at the charge for the air-conditioning which was only in one room. Also there is no games room as pictured on the website and this was one of the reasons I'd booked it. There is no partition between ground floor apartment terraces, just a plant so no privacy at all. The beach directly across is very rocky but if you walk to the right it is really lovely. Bar staff were lovely but choice of alcoholic drinks was limited. Had to laugh at the welcome drink provided, dilute orange!

Good hotel in a good location, although no locals seemed to know where it was- pickup and drop off was Alexia complex which we also had to ask bus driver for. Satisfactory room on ground floor- we had asked for upper floor but on arrival told this was 10 euro extra per night. Took own kettle as advised by other reviewer, but had to ask for wine to be opened as no corkscrew. Concerned owner on site a lot of the time and rooms kept well clean so no real complaints.
