A small family-run apartment complex situated on the outskirts of Gouves, offering a comfortable base with friendly hospitality.
Location
The hotel is situated on the outskirts of the resort, around 700m from the nearest beach and about 1.5km from the centre of Gouves, where a selection of shops, bars and tavernas can be found.
Heraklion Airport is approx 18km away.
Facilities
The apartments have an outdoor swimming pool with childrens section and surrounding sun-terrace furnished with loungers.
There is also a restaurant on site which overlooks the pool and serves drinks, breakfast and snacks during the day.
Rooms
There are just 10 apartments which are spread over three separate blocks, set around the swimming pool. Six of the apartments feature front and back verandas, and the four first floor apartments have a large balcony.
Each apartment can accommodate up to four people with one bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a living area with kitchenette. A safe deposit box and air-conditioning are available to hire locally.

Special Information
From 1st of January 2024, the Greek Govt. are charging a Climate Resilience Tax on all overnight stays which will be payable before departing the hotel. This tax replaces the previous sustainable tourism tax. March to October: 5-star hotels: €10 per room, per night 4-star hotels: €7 per room, per night 3-star hotels: €3 per room, per night 1-star & 2-star hotels: €1.50 per room, per night Furnished rooms/apartments: €1.50 per room, per night November to February reduced rates will apply.
