The hotel is situated on the outskirts of the resort, around 700m from the nearest beach and about 1.5km from the centre of Gouves, where a selection of shops, bars and tavernas can be found.
Heraklion Airport is 18km away and Chania International Airport is 162km away.

Facilities include an outdoor swimming pool, a children's pool and sun-terrace furnished with loungers, umbrellas and a pool snack bar. Further leisure facilities include a children's playground, games room, table tennis and pool table.
There is also a 24-hour reception service, main buffet restaurant, an a la carte restaurant, lounge bar and a TV corner.

Special Information
From 1st of January 2024, the Greek Govt. are charging a Climate Resilience Tax on all overnight stays which will be payable before departing the hotel. This tax replaces the previous sustainable tourism tax. March to October: 5-star hotels: €10 per room, per night 4-star hotels: €7 per room, per night 3-star hotels: €3 per room, per night 1-star & 2-star hotels: €1.50 per room, per night Furnished rooms/apartments: €1.50 per room, per night November to February reduced rates will apply.
