Modern styling with very comfortable beds and variety of kitchen appliances in room. Lack of drawers by bed meant lot of time trying to find things and lack of sockets. Weren't able to enjoy balcony as building work started right below us all day and weren't made aware when we arrived. A bottle of wine appeared after enquired when noise would stop. Had one evening meal that was inedible so had to complain sadly. This was dealt with swiftly and professionally. Would not advise eating there and other guests concurred.

Had a really good holiday, staff at the Morasol Suites were amazing, they were very friendly could not have asked for better staff and service, hotel was very clean, plenty of sun loungers, lovely swimming pool, will be going back again. Would highly recommend.

The apartment was clean and tidy but I was given a disabled room which when we first went had a musty smell. There was no sun on the apartment at all. When sat on the balcony it felt cold and everyone looked as it was over the main door. The bedroom was very spacious and clean. Overall the apartment was clean but disappointing.

I would highly recommend these apartments. The rooms were extremely spacious, cleaned every day, fantastic views of the marina. The hotel is located in a fantastic area of Puerto Rico just minutes from the main town if you prefer a lively night and plenty of shops etc. The staff were five star, the friendliest I have ever come across in all my years of travelling. We stayed bed and breakfast and would highly recommend as a great choice was provided every morning. Other guests we chatted to also rated the evening meals with a choice of starters, mains and desserts cooked to order every night. Will definitely be staying in this hotel again if we decide to revisit Gran Canaria.

The hotel is very bright and clean, the room sizes are excellent and fully equipped. You can pay a 10 euro deposit for a beach towel you can use away from the hotel as well which you can change whenever you like and you get the deposit back when handed in at the end of the holiday. Lovely hotel bar and the views of the marina are amazing, the location of the hotel was great for us as it was peaceful but only a 5 minute walk into the livelier parts. You can catch a boat on the marina to different parts of the Island and it's only around a 5 minute walk to the beach. The staff at the hotel were so friendly even when working hard they always made time to smile and say hello, reception staff very helpful and friendly. Looking to go back next year.

Just back from a 2 week stay at this wonderful place. On arrival we were greeted with a room upgrade, very nice way to start things off and it just got better. We stayed in room 308 overlooking the marina which is what I had requested and was very pleased that they had managed to accommodate us. On arrival I asked for an iron/ironing board and microwave which were promptly delivered to our room.

The third floor sunbathing area was amazing so peaceful, never that busy always plenty of sunbeds. We went self catering as the restaurants in the local area are superb, but Friday night is Bbq night and I recommend it highly. I cannot find fault with the Morasol suites, the staff were so friendly nothing was too much trouble. A massive thankyou goes out to Stefan, Elena at reception and a very special thanks to our maid Elisa who always had such lovely smile every day and the cleanliness was amazing. I will be back next June. Look forward to seeing you all.

The hotel was very welcoming. The staff were all extremely helpful. There was free Wi-fi available in reception. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, bars and the beach. It was also ideal for the harbour, where several boat trips were available. There were always sunbeds available and pool towels were provided. The breakfast was a good buffet, with hot food included. The rooms were very clean and spacious, with a safe, fridge and cooking facilities.

My partner and I travelled to the Morasol Suites in July 2014. Top place to stay, fully recommended. The rooms, pool, terrace, cleanliness and service are all absolutely spot on, the only negatives we could find was that the rooms are a little dated and the shower went very hot and cold. But that is being really picky.

EXCELLENT! 7 days at the Morasol. Very friendly staff, very helpful and mannerly, food was superb, the great value Friday night barbecue and the Tuesday buffet, is not to be missed, it was first class. Excellent attention is given to the cleanliness of the place and I will certainly be back!
