Beaches

Las Meloneras stretches from the gardens and lighthouse at Plaza del Faro on the edge of the Maspalomas sand dunes, along the beachfront boulevard and coastal pathway to the greens of the resort's golf course.

Things to Do

The Melonaras beach walk offers impressive sunsets and along the way you can see the Punta Majeres archaeological site, once a Canarian Aboriginal settlement.

The 18 hole, par 71 golf course at Lopesan Meloneras Golf boasts great sea views and is complemented by putting, pitching and chipping greens, a driving range, a pro-golf shop and a golf academy. It is also just 3km to Maspalomas Golf course and 8km to Salobre Golf Course.

Next to the Meloneras Golf Course lies the lovely Pasita Blanca Marina, which has nearly 400 berths, a yacht club and a diving school. From here, you can take boat and sport fishing trips as well as the ferry into the harbours and marinas at Arguineguin and Anfi del Mar, Puerto Mogan and Puerto Rico. During August the Pasita Blanca Marina organises a well attended 3 day international deep sea fishing contest.
