The Alua Palmanova Bay is situated facing the sea in Torrenova. The beach is a short distance away, as are the many entertainment venues in the area.
The apartments are located 200m from the beach and the bus stop (buses run every 30 minutes) and close to the resort centre.
The resort of Palma Nova is approx 28km from Palma Majorca Airport.
The Alua Palmanova Bay offers guests a wide range of sports and entertainment including a pool bar serving snacks, lounge bar, 2 adult pools (fresh water), children's pool, sun terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas, games room, table tennis and billiards. The apartments offer a full day and evening entertainment programme for both adults and children that consists of games, sports, competitions, dancing and professional shows. Close by the hotel guests will find tennis courts, a golf course, horse riding, bowling, bicycle hire, squash and watersports.
The hotel offers guests a 24 hour reception desk, money exchange facilities, free Wi-Fi (premium connection available for a local charge), car hire desk, fax service and a supermarket (there are many other facilities and services close by).
For guests on a half board basis, they can choose where they wish to have breakfast and dinner. The options are either a la carte in the Snacks Bar or buffet style in Hotel Hawaii Mallorca (located a few metres away).
The complex offers guests 170 apartments and studios and most have sea view and all benefit from a private bathroom, hairdryer, satellite TV, air conditioning, telephone, kitchenette, safety deposit box (local charge), WiFi (local charge) and terrace.
The hotel's 24-hour All Inclusive concept includes breakfast, lunch and dinner in the main restaurant, snacks between meals, a selection of Spanish and international non-alcoholic drinks, and a service area with hot and cold snacks, pastries, tea, coffee and a selection of drinks when the main restaurant closes. Please note that guests are entitled to three alcoholic drinks per person during lunch and dinner.

Please note; A new Eco-Tax has been approved in the Balearic Islands. This Eco Tax will apply for stays from the 01.07.2016 (tax also payable for stays that include this date). This tax is payable directly to the accommodation, this includes hotels, apartments, villas, hostals, B&B's and cruise ships. The amount payable is between 0.5 euro and 2 Euro per person per night depending on the category of the establishment and the season.
As important as it is to have fun whilst on your holiday, it’s much more important to make sure you stay safe and follow the rules set out in your chosen destination during your time there. From April 1st there will be some changes on drinking and eating on the picturesque island of Majorca, and if you’re found eating or drinking on the streets of certain areas of Palma you’ll face a fine of up to €3,000. This new law only applies to certain areas of the island’s capital including the centre, Cala Major, Paseo Maritimo and all of Playa de Palma. The fine also applies to bars so they can no longer promote happy hours or show alcohol displays. Local police will be focusing their attention on these popular tourist areas to control drinking and antisocial behaviour in a bid to reduce the strains on A&E departments. You’ll still be able to enjoy the delicious food and drink on the island, but you’ll need to make sure you keep inside bars, restaurants and clubs when doing so. A lot of popular bars will have barriers to stop partygoers from taking drinks out onto the streets which, as an added benefit will prevent illegal sellers and pickpockets getting in.
