Upon arriving we were told there was no room until the day after. They sent us to another hotel and compensated us with free air conditioning. Free breakfast throughout the holiday and free tv card. The sun suites were ideal location.

Pretty basic rooms but very clean. Good location. Pools were a good temperature with plenty of sun beds and nice cafe with good food.

Good base in Puerto Rico. Apartment had all we needed, was quiet and comfortable. The fittings are a bit worn and need updating in the future. The highlight is the huge terrace at each apartment, 16 feet by 24 feet. The pool area is also lovely, plenty of sun loungers and breezy, as the pool is at the top of the hill at the top of the complex. The mini market is handy for top up milk, water, etc. Great location for shopping centre and restaurants. The view from the apartments is not great, overlooking a car park and other concrete buildings, but that is outweighed by the convenience.

Ideal location, no steps to climb, lifts to all floors. Large balcony, no trouble getting sunbeds around the pool.

Our third time there, this time my friends husband took ill and had to be hospitalised.The staff were excellent, they had to extend their stay and didn't have to leave their room. Sun loungers very tired, pool bar tables and chairs need replacing.

On arrival at the hotel we were told no room was available and to go in a taxi to another hotel for one night and return the next day, after standing our ground and refusing to go, a phone call was made and suddenly a room was available in Sun Suite across the road. After reading other reviews it seems this is a regular thing. These apartments are everything you need for a self catering holiday, massive balconies with 2 sunbeds and tables and chairs and close to all amenities, the only thing that let this hotel down is maid only came in 2 days out of 7, changed bedding and towels after our first day and then no more for the rest of our stay but this by no means spoilt our holiday.

The apartments are big clean and value for money in a great location. The balcony is huge which has loungers and patio furniture. It was so relaxing in this family friendly complex which has shops, restaurants and bars right on its doorstep. Would definitely use again.
