Hotel is in a great position near beach and restaurants (Novello restaurant excellent). The bathrooms in the apartments need updating. All staff are really friendly and helpful. I have stayed here many times as I find the hotel guests are friendly and the pool area is very peaceful. Really enjoyed holiday.

We have stayed here on quite a few occasions and love it, friendly staff and a great atmosphere. I have given three stars because I feel the apartments need a bit of renovation, they are very dated and shabby but overall a great place for a holiday.

Although in need of updating the apartments are clean and tidy, there is always sunbeds available round the pool so need to set your alarm to put the towels out. However the best part of the Livas is the staff and management, the friendliest most helpful people you could hope to meet. We have already booked our return visit.

The staff at Livas apartments are very friendly and will do everything they can to make your stay a pleasurable one. The apartments are always clean and tidy with a nice relaxed atmosphere. The bar and pool areas are always very clean, the pool is a good size and not too deep. The food in Livas is very good with a fair menu to choose from, the location is handy to get into Protaras or the main Pernera strip is 2 minutes away, the beach is very close being about 100 yards down the street.

This is our second visit to these apartments and we will be returning next year. They are in an excellent location and provide all you need for a comfortable holiday. Along with other reviewers, I cannot ignore the fact that these apartments are dated and in need of some TLC but they are essentially clean and tidy (in 14 days stay we had maid service 12 days) with plenty of clean towels, toilet rolls etc. Apartment facilities worked fine - cooker (four rings and oven) fridge, toaster, kettle and there was plenty of cutlery and crockery for up to four. Air con worked fine and there was always plenty of hot water. Any slight problems were dealt with in Livas style - quickly and with good humour.

Now to where the Livas really scores highly, the people, everyone. From owners, manager, reception staff, bar and kitchen staff and cleaners, all are friendly, welcoming and eager to ensure your holiday is a good one. They are genuinely interested in their guests and you soon forget that is what you are as you soon feel like a friend and they, yours. Special mention to Andreas behind the bar because we spent so much time with him and his charming family. Four star luxury it ain't and the price you pay reflects that, but a stay at the Livas is worth it's weight in gold!

Basic, clean (apartments cleaned everyday with clean towels most days). Has enough equipment in kitchen to cook and prepare a meal. Reception and bar area have wifi. Pool is kept clean. A small supermarket is attached with most things you would need. But really the thing that makes this place stand out is the staff. Happy, friendly people who do everything they can to make your stay a very pleasant experience. It is a place I have returned to quite a few times.

Brilliant service and great staff. Rooms are cleaned almost everyday and towels are also regularly changed. 5 minutes walk to the beach and on-site supermarket (with great prices). Rooms are basic but functional with fridge, kettle, crockery and cutlery. Good pool facilities and lots of beds to use.

Livas Apartments are clean and tidy, the staff are all willing to help where they can and are very friendly. The rooms are cleaned every day and the pool is very child friendly and clean. The apartments are situated where you can get onto the beach in 2 minutes, into Pernera strip in 2 minutes and into the Protaras strip in about 10 minutes walking.

This hotel is not 5 star if you review it purely on appearance. It does need some attention and the cleaning is a little hit and miss but, having said that if you factor in the lovely family atmosphere the kindness of the owners and staff and their willingness to go the "extra mile" to make your holiday perfect.
