A wonderful clean & friendly hotel. The food was very good, only criticism was the red & rose wine was not to our taste at all, tasted cheap & people putting their towels on the sun beds by the pool first think in the morning & not using them until the afternoon, which seemed rather unfair.

We would definitely love to go back to the same hotel as we enjoyed it so much.

A lovely clean and modern resort comprising of 4 towers. Stayed on the Ground floor in 4th tower, which was very quiet. Rooms were spacious and the shower was the best I have experienced in Gran Canaria (and I have been a lot). TV had ITV1, BBC1, BBC2 (all rare in Gran Canaria hotels), as well as the usual news.

Did not use the pool, but looked fine. Pool bar during the day was great - San Miguel beer on draft and good quality local spirits. My other half only drinks fizzy water, and there were a couple of mineral water machines, so he was very happy. Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner were all good and you would not starve here. Breakfast was probably our favourite meal. Also there is a great little salad bar and dessert stand for lunch and dinner.

The Playa Bonita very near the beach, although there are a great deal of concrete steps to go down (and up), so not great for the elderly or wheelchair users. Staff were excellent, worked very hard and always had a smile on their face. I would definitely return to this resort, via Sunshine Holidays again. In fact I may spend my 50th at this resort in a larger group in November 2017. Definitely an 8/10 in my book. Totally recommend.

This is our second stay at this hotel, this year we went early May 2016, the weather was good but not as hot as in July 2015 our first visit. We will be going and staying at this hotel again last 2016, the hot food this year was mainly pork and lamb (there is always some sort of fresh fish), last year there was steaks etc, however there is plenty of choice so really no complaints. We did look at a few other hotels whilst there just to see what they were like and found that this hotel was the best for location and the layout of the pool area and buildings.

Nice big rooms, cleaned every day. No fridge or tea making facilities in room. Restaurant didn't always have everything to my taste, not eating meat and a bit slow in the mornings, no Earl Grey tea! Reception very efficient and animation team always busy.

I have to say awesome as we got moved to their sister hotel across the road; Hotel Marieta and wow what a hotel! It had recently been refurbished and had opened 15 days prior to us arriving, The huge bonus is it's adults only, the drinks they provide are top brands, main foods were lovely plenty of choice just the puddings were a little samey. Rooms are spacious and always very clean - thanks to the cleaners, cleaned daily. Always plenty of sunbeds by main pool or on roof terrace, they are very comfortable! This hotel will completely de-stress you, it's so chilled out and the staff are lovely, amazing and helpful. Would definitely go again!

Very good, pleasing staff and clean, nice hotel. Good and tasty food. In the greatest of pleasure you can spend your time in hotel. Very good day organization and evening as well. You don't need to leave hotel to look for better attraction. Everything you've got outside. Good job!

The rooms were smart and very clean, they were cleaned daily. Service was wonderful and friendly and looks like they are still improving the complex with a wellness center. Pool was nice and the food was lovely. The free wifi was a bit of an issue though as needed to keep signing in.

Rooms were lovely, clean and modern. The hotel as a whole was very clean, there was always staff around to help. There was a good variety of food, plenty of sunbeds and you just felt welcome in general.

Rooms are kept very clean and maintained. Hotel has recently been refurbished. Air conditioning in all rooms. Only extra you get in room is a hairdryer fixed to shaver outlet in bathroom although it is a good quality one. Room has a safe which we were charged 25 euro for with another 10 euro deposit for the key, rather dear as it's not insured for that price. Rooms have no fridge or tea/coffee equipment, everything is for hire including sunbed towels. There seemed to be enough sunbeds but not enough umbrellas. As usual towels left on sunbeds all day from 7am to 7pm. Location is good with short walk to beach and shops and bars. staff are all polite and willing to help. Food is all grill and buffet style with salad bar and dessert bar. The food does get a bit repetitive after a few days of either fish, pork, chicken, steak being rotated each day for dinner and lunch. Bottled water is also charged for although all drinks are available in the restaurant in cups all day long.

Fantastic hotel, rooms are lovely and modern and very clean. Food is amazing, freshly cooked pizza every 5 minutes, fresh meat cooked for each person and fresh omelettes cooked to your order at breakfast! Only downfall to the whole is the bed, it was so uncomfortable!
