The Iberostar Playa de Muro Hotel is situated on the beach front and offer an array of leisure facilities for guests of all ages.
The hotel is positioned in an enviable beachfront location on Alcudia Beach.
The hotel is sited approximately 5 km to Alcudia, 7 km to Ca'n Picafort and 55 km from the airport.
The facilities provided for guests at the hotel includes a reception, currency exchange, internet access (local charge), lift access, small supermarket, laundry facilities and medical assistance. The hotel offers a choice of restaurants, a poolside snack bar and a piano bar.
Sports and leisure facilities include a swimming pool, sun terrace with loungers, an indoor pool (adults-only, limited opening hours), whirlpool (closed July and August), massage service (local fee), and fitness room. There is a varied Seasonal entertainment programme, games room, TV room, rifle shooting, archery, tennis court (from mid June payable locally), billiards and bicycles.
For the younger guests there is a kids pool, play ground and entertainment programme with mini (4-7 years) and maxi clubs (8-12 years) as well as a teenie club (13-17 years).
FREE Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
All the rooms are equipped with private bathroom with bath and shower, telephone, safe for rent, satellite TV, air-conditioning, mini-bar, bath-tub with a shower, hairdryer and a TV. All rooms have twin beds with fold down bed.
All meals are served buffet-style (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Snacks 10am-11pm. Afternoon tea with biscuits 4pm-5pm.
Wine, beer and soft drinks with meals.
Unlimited locally produced alcoholic and soft drinks from bars 10am-midnight.

Please note; A new Eco-Tax has been approved in the Balearic Islands. This Eco Tax will apply for stays from the 01.07.2016 (tax also payable for stays that include this date). This tax is payable directly to the accommodation, this includes hotels, apartments, villas, hostals, B&B's and cruise ships. The amount payable is between 0.5 euro and 2 Euro per person per night depending on the category of the establishment and the season.
As important as it is to have fun whilst on your holiday, it’s much more important to make sure you stay safe and follow the rules set out in your chosen destination during your time there. From April 1st there will be some changes on drinking and eating on the picturesque island of Majorca, and if you’re found eating or drinking on the streets of certain areas of Palma you’ll face a fine of up to €3,000. This new law only applies to certain areas of the island’s capital including the centre, Cala Major, Paseo Maritimo and all of Playa de Palma. The fine also applies to bars so they can no longer promote happy hours or show alcohol displays. Local police will be focusing their attention on these popular tourist areas to control drinking and antisocial behaviour in a bid to reduce the strains on A&E departments. You’ll still be able to enjoy the delicious food and drink on the island, but you’ll need to make sure you keep inside bars, restaurants and clubs when doing so. A lot of popular bars will have barriers to stop partygoers from taking drinks out onto the streets which, as an added benefit will prevent illegal sellers and pickpockets getting in.
