Bali maintains high temperatures all year round but, the months with the lowest levels of humidity and minimal chance of rain are July and August. This small island is easy to explore and rewards you with a diverse range of scenery and activities. If you're going to visit Morocco in July, the west coast is the coolest option as it is extremely hot inland. From the Mediterranean port city of Tangiers to the Atlantic beach resort of Agadir (both of which are a conveniently short transfer from the airport), the west coast of Morocco enjoys long days of warm sunshine during July with an all but guaranteed zero chance of any rain. Agadir is a modern city with 10km of sheltered sandy beach, stretches of which are backed by the tropical landscaped gardens of luxury all inclusive hotels, complete with a modern marina and an array of leisure activities from golf to surfing. For a taste of traditional Morocco, you can visit the Souk el Had and take excursions to Imouzzer, Tiznit, Essaouira or the Souss Massa National Park which include scenic journeys through palm and almond groves and, views to the Atlas Mountains.

July is the hottest month in Majorca when this Spanish island has the least chance of rain and boasts 11 long hours of sunshine per day. Families will appreciate the sandy beaches and shallow waters of Puerto de Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa, both of which also have a good choice of boat trips running from their harbours and; being well established with British holidaymakers, home from home food and products are easy to find. Cooler than most other parts of Spain in July, the Costa Brava offers a far more comfortable heat with 13 hours of sunshine a day and, July is also the month with the lowest chance of rain. Being cooler and more prone to rain that the other Canary Islands, the duty-free island of La Palma is best visited in July, when you are almost guaranteed a rain-free holiday and will also benefit from warm sunshine for around 11 hours a day. Known as 'the pretty island' (la isla bonita), the island features 20 protected nature reserves and a landscape of lush forests and banana plantations; over 1000 kilometres of sign-posted hiking paths and a coastline of pristine beaches.
