Overview


This Mediterranean style complex offers a wide range of facilities. Set within landscaped gardens, the comfortable accommodation surrounds the lagoon style pool. A must for families either for a self catering or All Inclusive Holiday.


Location


The complex is located in Ca'n Picafort with a low key nightlife and a spattering of shops close by. Palma Majorca Airport is approx 65km from the resort of Ca'n Picafort.


Facilities


The facilities on offer include 24 hour reception, money exchange, Internet service, supermarket, laundry service and medical assistance.


There is a swimming pool with loungers, parasols, pool towels, children's swimming pool, sauna, gymnasium, indoor swimming pool, snack bar, poolside grill, buffet restaurant, Italian restaurant, 2 bars, kids club and day and evening entertainment.


Rooms


One bedroom apartments sleep up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children up to the age of 12 with twin beds and sofa beds, bathroom with private facilities, kitchenette, air conditioning, TV, safe (payable locally) and balcony or terrace.


Select Rooms are available at a supplement. Select service includes express check-in, DVD/CD player, 2 sets of bathrobes and slippers, a selection of drinks in your fridge on arrival, tea and coffee making facilities with complimentary tea and coffee. N.B. These rooms are only available on Saturday departures.


Apartments have two cooking rings, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, bath (with shower) and separate shower cubicle and WC, hairdryer, satellite TV (minimum 6 English speaking channels) and telephone.

Special Information

Please note; A new Eco-Tax has been approved in the Balearic Islands. This Eco Tax will apply for stays from the 01.07.2016 (tax also payable for stays that include this date). This tax is payable directly to the accommodation, this includes hotels, apartments, villas, hostals, B&B's and cruise ships. The amount payable is between 0.5 euro and 2 Euro per person per night depending on the category of the establishment and the season.

As important as it is to have fun whilst on your holiday, it’s much more important to make sure you stay safe and follow the rules set out in your chosen destination during your time there. From April 1st there will be some changes on drinking and eating on the picturesque island of Majorca, and if you’re found eating or drinking on the streets of certain areas of Palma you’ll face a fine of up to €3,000. This new law only applies to certain areas of the island’s capital including the centre, Cala Major, Paseo Maritimo and all of Playa de Palma. The fine also applies to bars so they can no longer promote happy hours or show alcohol displays. Local police will be focusing their attention on these popular tourist areas to control drinking and antisocial behaviour in a bid to reduce the strains on A&E departments. You’ll still be able to enjoy the delicious food and drink on the island, but you’ll need to make sure you keep inside bars, restaurants and clubs when doing so. A lot of popular bars will have barriers to stop partygoers from taking drinks out onto the streets which, as an added benefit will prevent illegal sellers and pickpockets getting in.
