Wi-fi kept cutting off and had 2 power cuts while staying there. The hotel was full with police and we were scared for our safety as it was just after the London attack and nobody would tell us why they were here.

Hotel was very nice, clean, food was great. Shame the sun only stays out on the pool for 4 hours but the weather was very hot, loved the big tv that they play music videos over the pool.

Room had 1 double bed and 1 singe bed and a travel cot all squashed in one small room with a disabled bathroom/shower room, we have a baby, the rooms also don't have a balcony. The hotel was clean, food was nice.

We had a fabulous time, the staff were super and the rooms were a good size and had 2 huge beds in them, the towels were changed every day and there was a good range of food and it was always piping hot. Only downside was the pools were ice cold so didn't use them and the hill up to the hotel is definitely nickname correctly "cardiac hill ". All in all a great hotel. The resort of Benidorm has something for everyone.

When we arrived at the hotel I was a bit worried that it was a themed hotel but the reception staff were lovely and made us feel very welcome. We arrived on an early flight so our rooms weren't ready but our all inclusive cards where activated as soon as we arrived which was great and it didn't take long to get our rooms. When we got to the rooms they where spacious and clean with a mini fridge in the room. Our fridge didn't work so when I reported it to the reception staff they sent a brand new fridge up to the room in minutes. Out of all the hotels I've stayed in while abroad the Magic Rock Gardens has the best beds by far, extremely comfy. The food was pretty good for a Spanish hotel and the restaurant staff were amazing with my youngest girl who's 3 years. The hotel is very family friendly with a kids club on which my youngest was looked after very well. Again the entertainment staff were very friendly and made you feel welcome and comfortable to join in on the games and fun. The hotel was very close to the beach in the new town, only down side was the massive hill we had to walk up every day but it was a good workout after all the food and drink, and the hotel pool was too cold for me to get in but we stayed in April. Overall the holiday was one of the best I've been on in Spain and would love to go again later in the year.

Loved the hotel and so did the kids. The kids entertainment was brilliant and they loved the pool and slides. I would have liked a pool side bar where you could just get served drinks and ice creams as had to get clothed every time you wanted to go into the bar or snack bar.

I stayed with my four children. The staff, entertainment and cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. We had rain for a couple of days and indoor entertainment for the children was provided with kids club, face painting etc. I'll be booking again next year.

Lovely hotel. Food was lovely but mostly the same each day but we never went hungry. Staff really helpful giving my son soya milk because of his allergies which was a big plus for us. Rooms were lovely and cleaned everyday. Entertainment was good for my 2 year old, he joined in to dance. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Having control of the air con was a major bonus because it was so hot and could turn it up to keep our little one nice and cool on a night. All around a good hotel and I would go back.

You get dropped at the bottom of the hill which is called cardiac hill and have to drag all luggage etc up. Key packed up very 1st night, tried for 3hrs with staff, had to stay in another room with none of our items and a baby. Not really any entertainment to talk of, we didn't see any.
