Stayed here last week of September. Lovely hotel, great location but not noisy. Very clean, polite, helpful staff. We were all inclusive, the drink selection was good and the food, although there wasn't a huge choice, was really tasty. Room was huge, very clean, comfy beds and great views from the 15th floor. Bathroom spacious, clean and the shower is powerful. Hotel description doesn't mention it provides a kettle and cups in the room so great for a morning cuppa. Only downside is that the pool area becomes shaded after 2pm so we went down the beach. Already planning another stay here next year. Cannot fault this hotel, well worth staying.

In need of updating, tired looking, definitely not 4 star. Could not get drunk for trying. When you leave the complex and pay for a proper drink. All inclusive option not value for money, lots of cheap places to eat and alcohol is relatively cheap. Food tasteless, bland, variety same. Rooms are standard, not worth paying the extra. Staff were ok depending on what mood you got them in. Had a difficult conversation with the man on reception on the first day. All in all would not return, not value for money.

Very upset food was cold all the time, same food all the time, choice of food not good at all. Pool not open 'til 10am in the morning, room ok, bathroom not very good, rusty pipes, same bed sheets for 10 days. I suffer with asthma and there was a lot of painting getting done in the hotel so I ended up with breathing problems. Not happy at all having to go out to eat because the food was so poor and we paid for all inclusive and it was not a cheap holiday.

Rooms were cleaned daily and staff were helpful and friendly. The pool area was clean and looked after as were other areas around the hotel. The main downfall was the food. Although there was quite a selection, everything tasted the same. All dishes were extremely salty and those that weren't were just very bland!

Love the Dynastic in Benidorm, stayed there 4 times, staff are friendly, food is good, rooms are nice and clean. Always stay there when in Benidorm.

I have stayed at this hotel before and I feel it's location is just far enough away from the main street of entertainment. Staff are polite and helpful. The room was pleasant and big enough, clean and tidy. My only criticism is that the bathroom had no extractor fan as this was causing damp with the bathroom door rotting. The enamel bath edge was rusting with a hole as the shower screen did not meet the bath letting the water leak down the outer edge. My other criticism is that on departure day 12 noon check out, you could not get a meal, as we arrived at noon the previous week but we did not fly 'til 7.30pm that evening. The hotel should look at this as hotels let you use the restaurant. I would use the Dynastic again, good hotel.

I stayed here as part of a party of 24 - everyone of us thought the hotel was great, good location, good food and the rooms were of a good standard and cleaned and clean towels everyday. The pool area was very busy and there were plenty of sun loungers. The only small issue was there were not enough parasols as the weather was scorching. The pools were really nice and clean. Will certainly be using this hotel again.

Nice hotel and clean, food good however some of the bar staff are rude and ignorant. Was AI however 1 guy refused to serve us on more than 1 occasion and had to go to the management to get it sorted.
