Guests at the Inturotel Cala Azul Garden Hotel may also use the facilities at the neighbouring sister hotels.
The hotel is situated next to a street with some nice shops on it and about 150 metres from the beaches of Cala Esmeralda and Cala Farrera. The centre of Cala d'Or is approx 800 metres away where a variety of shops, bars and restaurants can be found. For those who are interested in golf, there is a golf course approx 7.5km from the hotel.
Palma Majorca Airport is apporx 60 km from the resort of Cala d'Or.
Facilities at the hotel include 2 bars, 2 restaurants, beach snack bar, indoor swimming pool, 3 outdoor pools, sun terrace with loungers, gymnasium, sauna, jacuzzi, massage, hairdressers, mini market, souvenir shop, 24 hour reception, laundry services, currency exchange, babysitting service, children's club for 4 to 12 year olds and children's playground.
Sporting activities include tennis, mini golf, table tennis, pool table, volleyball, aerobics, bicycle hire and animation programme.
Please note that the jacuzzi, sauna and indoor pool are only available from October to May and some amenities may incur an extra charge. Facilities may be situated at the neighbouring sister hotels Inturotel Esmeralda Park or the Cala Azul Park.

Please note; A new Eco-Tax has been approved in the Balearic Islands. This Eco Tax will apply for stays from the 01.07.2016 (tax also payable for stays that include this date). This tax is payable directly to the accommodation, this includes hotels, apartments, villas, hostals, B&B's and cruise ships. The amount payable is between 0.5 euro and 2 Euro per person per night depending on the category of the establishment and the season.
As important as it is to have fun whilst on your holiday, it’s much more important to make sure you stay safe and follow the rules set out in your chosen destination during your time there. From April 1st there will be some changes on drinking and eating on the picturesque island of Majorca, and if you’re found eating or drinking on the streets of certain areas of Palma you’ll face a fine of up to €3,000. This new law only applies to certain areas of the island’s capital including the centre, Cala Major, Paseo Maritimo and all of Playa de Palma. The fine also applies to bars so they can no longer promote happy hours or show alcohol displays. Local police will be focusing their attention on these popular tourist areas to control drinking and antisocial behaviour in a bid to reduce the strains on A&E departments. You’ll still be able to enjoy the delicious food and drink on the island, but you’ll need to make sure you keep inside bars, restaurants and clubs when doing so. A lot of popular bars will have barriers to stop partygoers from taking drinks out onto the streets which, as an added benefit will prevent illegal sellers and pickpockets getting in.
