Within the hotel complex there is a 24 hour reception desk with spacious lobby, currency exchange service, hotel safe and lifts to the upper floors. In addition there is a games room, a TV room, a small supermarket, doctor on call, laundry service, internet access (local fee), bike hire service and parking.
Dining options include a buffet restaurant and an A la Carte restaurant (highchairs available). Drinks and snacks can be taken in the lobby or beside the pool. Please note the outdoor areas are only open from May to October.
Younger guests may let off steam in the playground and kids' club.
There are two outdoor swimming pools and an indoor heated pool which are surrounded by sun loungers and parasols.
Sporting activities include beach volleyball, tennis, use of the gym, beach volleyball, multipurpose court, water polo, table tennis, billards and darts. For relaxation there is a Jacuzzi, sauna and massage service (local fees apply).
For children there is an indoor mini club and outdoor children's playground.
There is a daytime and evening entertainment programme including folk shows and dance shows.
Local charges may apply to some hotel facilities and others may be seasonal.
Rooms
Spread over two floors are 334 studios and one bedroom apartments.
Studios feature a combined sleeping area with kitchenette including kettle and toaster, telephone, air conditioning, hire safe, satellite TV, private bathroom and balcony/terrace.
The one bedroom apartment benefits as per the studios but with the addition of a separate twin bedded room.
Local charges may apply to some hotel facilities and others may be seasonal.

Great hotel, good food, ideal location and wonderful staff. Only complaint was the hotel was beautifully clean but our room was only cleaned twice!

Great for families with small children, decent beach in front of hotel (Pernera), great one only 5 minute walk (Sandy Bay). Furniture a bit worn out, but overall very clean, spacious rooms.

Large studio apartment with all you needed if not taking up option of eating at hotel! We took up half board option so best of both worlds! Would definitely stay again.

This is the second time we have stayed here this year. We came in June and were so happy with it we came home and booked it for September the next day. Cannot fault it, the location is exactly where we wanted to be, the rooms are well appointed and the staff are very friendly.
