Balaia Mar Hotel is just 5 minutes from Maria Luisa Beach and 1.5km from the tourist centres of Olhos d'Agua and Praia da Oura. There are tennis courts approx 200m away, a nearby golf course and many water sports are also available on the beach (under separate management and with a local charge). The lively centre of Albufeira is approx 5km away.
Olhos de Agua is approx 32km from Faro Airport.
Facilities
Balaia Mar Hotel offers an outdoor swimming pool with a separate pool for children, surrounded by a wide, furnished sun terrace and large lawned gardens.
The main restaurant and pool-side bar are open for meals and snacks as well as summer barbecues (restricted to breakfasts from November to April) and in the evenings there is also a Sports Bar with large screen TV, video games and pool tables.
Services available to guests include 24-hour reception with safe deposit box rental, laundry services, currency exchange, babysitting, vehicle hire, parking spaces, seasonal mini-market and an information desk.

The accommodation consists of 32 guest rooms each of which features a private bathroom, direct dial telephone, satellite TV, a mini bar/fridge, air conditioning and in most rooms a balcony or terrace.
All Inclusive
The All Inclusive package includes all meals; breakfast, lunch and dinner, served buffet style in the main restaurant. A choice of hot and cold snacks is available at the pool bar between 3pm and 6pm.
A selection of locally produced alcoholic, some imported brands and soft drinks are available between 10am and 11pm (alcohol from 1pm), subject to outlet opening times.
