Akti Palace is positioned in gardens infront of a long beach made up of sand and pebbles. Kardamena Town is about 4km away where there is a good choice of restaurants and bars.
Kos Airport is approximately 10km away.
Facilities
On-site facilities include a reception desk with car rental service and there is a hotel shuttle service to Kardamena.
There is a large outdoor swimming pool which is positioned only 20m from the beach and is surrounded by a sun terrace decked with sun loungers and parasols. Additionally there is a wealth of sports activities including two tennis courts with flood lights, multi purpose court for mini football, beach volleyball, archery, crazy golf, table tennis, billiards, water polo, aqua gym, giant chess and there is a good choice of motorised and non motorised watersports available at the beach.
The hotel provides a daytime and evening animation programme with activities and competitions and evening shows are put on in the open air amphitheater.
For children there is a kids club (ages 4-12 years) and kids pool. For relaxation there is a Spa offering a choice of massage and beauty treatments.
Dining options include main buffet restaurant which also has show cooking. There is also a Greek Taverna, Asian Restaurant, Mediterranean restaurant and there is a poolside and choice of bars.

Special Information
From 1st of January 2024, the Greek Govt. are charging a Climate Resilience Tax on all overnight stays which will be payable before departing the hotel. This tax replaces the previous sustainable tourism tax.
