The Zafiro Bahial is situated close to the Albufera Natural Park and offers direct access to Bahia Alcudia beach. The hotel has a good range of on-site facilities including a kids club and playground, a gym and sauna, and a choice of two restaurants.


The aparthotel is located approximately 4km from the centre of Ca'n Picafort and 7km from Alcudia.

Palma Airport is approx 65km away.


The Zafiro Bahia has several pool areas; one for adults only, a childrens pool with pirate ship, a large central pool and an indoor pool with jacuzzi and sauna. Further leisure facilities include a gym, a childrens playground, mini-golf, tennis court and multi-sport area, table tennis and billiards. The hotel also offers an entertainment programme with organised activities during the day and shows and games in the evening.

The aparthotel has two restaurants and a pool/snack bar. The main restaurant offers buffet breakfast and dinner services, and there is an a'la carte restaurant open for dinner service only.

Guest services include a 24-hour reception with currency exchange facility, medical assistance and internet access, bicycle hire and a supermarket.


There are 289 studios and apartments which are spread over 4 four-storey blocks, each with lift access. Please note that 5 apartments offer disabled facilities (on request, subject to availability).

All accommodation features a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, a balcony or terrace, a telephone, satellite TV, air-conditioning and heating, safe deposit box (local charge), WiFi access and a kitchenette with fridge, mircowave, kettle and toaster.

Cots for infants are available on request and subject to an additional charge (paid locally)

All Inclusive

The All Inclusive package includes all meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast and dinner are served buffet style in the main restaurant, while lunch is also buffet style this is served on the outdoor terrace. During lunch and dinner soft drinks, water, local beer and house wines are offered. Guests may also dine at the a'la carte restaurant, once a week with reservation.

From 10:30am to 11.30pm a selection of national and some international drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), as well as cocktails, mixed drinks and various ice creams are available. Fruit and sandwiches are offered between 10.30am and 11.30pm, except at mealtimes.

Special Information

Please note; A new Eco-Tax has been approved in the Balearic Islands. This Eco Tax will apply for stays from the 01.07.2016 (tax also payable for stays that include this date). This tax is payable directly to the accommodation, this includes hotels, apartments, villas, hostals, B&B's and cruise ships. The amount payable is between 0.5 euro and 2 Euro per person per night depending on the category of the establishment and the season.

As important as it is to have fun whilst on your holiday, it’s much more important to make sure you stay safe and follow the rules set out in your chosen destination during your time there. From April 1st there will be some changes on drinking and eating on the picturesque island of Majorca, and if you’re found eating or drinking on the streets of certain areas of Palma you’ll face a fine of up to €3,000. This new law only applies to certain areas of the island’s capital including the centre, Cala Major, Paseo Maritimo and all of Playa de Palma. The fine also applies to bars so they can no longer promote happy hours or show alcohol displays. Local police will be focusing their attention on these popular tourist areas to control drinking and antisocial behaviour in a bid to reduce the strains on A&E departments. You’ll still be able to enjoy the delicious food and drink on the island, but you’ll need to make sure you keep inside bars, restaurants and clubs when doing so. A lot of popular bars will have barriers to stop partygoers from taking drinks out onto the streets which, as an added benefit will prevent illegal sellers and pickpockets getting in.
