The facilities available to guests include a relax pool and an activity pool with children's section, children's playground, an open air theatre, animation programme, kids club and a TV lounge. There is also a spa with fitness gym, sauna, Jacuzzi, steam bath and range of massages, facial and body treatments.
The hotel provides a main buffet-style restaurant, plus an Italian restaurant on site. There is also a pool bar, main bar and a disco bar.

In the eight storey main building there are a total of 108 standard double/twin rooms, 78 family rooms, three junior suites and eight suites; there are also 103 bungalow rooms and 13 family maisonettes.

Special Information
From 1st of January 2024, the Greek Govt. are charging a Climate Resilience Tax on all overnight stays which will be payable before departing the hotel. This tax replaces the previous sustainable tourism tax. March to October: 5-star hotels: €10 per room, per night 4-star hotels: €7 per room, per night 3-star hotels: €3 per room, per night 1-star & 2-star hotels: €1.50 per room, per night Furnished rooms/apartments: €1.50 per room, per night November to February reduced rates will apply.
