Prinsotel La Pineda is a family friendly complex with rooms and apartments sleeping up to 4 guests. There are 4 outdoor swimming pools, a Spa and sports facilities as well as regular entertainment in the summer season.


Prinsotel La Pineda Hotel is located on a quiet leafy street, approx 1km (10-12 minutes walk) from Cala de s'Aguila beach. There is a selection of shops and terrace restaurants just a couple of minutes walk down the road. The Ranch Bonanza horse riding centre is approx 5 minutes walk away. Other nearby activities available include hiking, cycling, diving and windsurfing. The hotel is approx 77km from Palma Majorca Airport.


Prinsotel La Pineda Hotel has 3 outdoor swimming pools; there is a swimming pool and a children's pool in the main area, a quieter adults only pool in the garden and a courtyard with a further pool for children which has splash and play equipment. There are sun loungers ad sun shades at all the pools.

Further leisure facilities and activities include a Spa, 2 clay tennis courts, a fitness gym, a small football area, a volleyball court, 2 boccia courts, table tennis, billiards, a children's playground and indoor playroom for the mini club. The Spa features a indoor pool, a sauna, jacuzzi and relaxation area.

Social and dining venues include 2 restaurants, a pool-side snack bar serving drinks, pizzas, sandwiches etc; a lounge bar with show stage and a tapas cafe bar. The main restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner and offers all you can eat buffets with regular theme nights. The Grill restaurant is open at dinner serving grilled vegetables, meat, fish and pizza.

Amenities and services available to guests include 24 hour reception, free WiFi hot spots, golf bookings with discounted green fees and a mini market.


Accommodation is located in 9 blocks, set around the swimming pools, the main buildings and the adjacent gardens (separated from main area by a quiet street).

Room types include double rooms which have a queen-size bed and shower room; double rooms with twin beds and a bathroom. There are also apartments which sleep up to 3 adults and 1 child. They have a twin bedroom, a bathroom with a bath or shower and a living area. Deluxe apartments have a terrace with jacuzzi. Junior suites have an open plan living and sleeping area.

Please note; A new Eco-Tax has been approved in the Balearic Islands. This Eco Tax will apply for stays from the 01.07.2016 (tax also payable for stays that include this date). The amount payable is between 0.5 euro and 2 Euro per person per night depending on the category of the establishment and the season.

As important as it is to have fun whilst on your holiday, it’s much more important to make sure you stay safe and follow the rules set out in your chosen destination during your time there. From April 1st there will be some changes on drinking and eating on the picturesque island of Majorca, and if you’re found eating or drinking on the streets of certain areas of Palma you’ll face a fine of up to €3,000. This new law only applies to certain areas of the island’s capital including the centre, Cala Major, Paseo Maritimo and all of Playa de Palma. The fine also applies to bars so they can no longer promote happy hours or show alcohol displays. Local police will be focusing their attention on these popular tourist areas to control drinking and antisocial behaviour in a bid to reduce the strains on A&E departments. You’ll still be able to enjoy the delicious food and drink on the island, but you’ll need to make sure you keep inside bars, restaurants and clubs when doing so. A lot of popular bars will have barriers to stop partygoers from taking drinks out onto the streets which, as an added benefit will prevent illegal sellers and pickpockets getting in.
