Pambos Napa rocks is the worst hotel in Ayia Napa. The staff there are awful, have no manners there was one nice lady. We stayed there for 7 nights, we had power cuts, water cuts. One day we had no air conditioning for 12 hours. The cleaners were useless they only emptied the bins, never cleaned properly they never even changed our bedding. The bathroom had a mild/sewage smell, we reported it and nothing was done. On the day of checkout we had no water, we had to check out late due to this issue. If you want to sleep at night in peace and breathe in nice fresh air don't stay at this unprofessional, lazy hotel.

Unhelpful reception. Rooms not great. Only good thing was the people working in the restaurant and serving food. Especially Andrea.
