The complex consists of 14 well equipped studios spread across two floors, most of the studios can accommodate up to three adults and all rooms have self catering facilities with a kitchenette, two cooking rings, a fridge, hairdryer, air conditioning, a bathroom and a balcony or terrace.

From 1st of January 2024, the Greek Govt. are charging a Climate Resilience Tax on all overnight stays which will be payable before departing the hotel. This tax replaces the previous sustainable tourism tax.

3-star hotels: €3 per room, per night
1-star & 2-star hotels: €1.50 per room, per night
Furnished rooms/apartments: €1.50 per room, per night
November to February reduced rates will apply.
