These apartments are so run down and dirty. They are the worst ones we have ever stayed in. We go to Tenerife every year. The whole place needs renovating. The kitchens were a mess and the beds shocking. Also the sunbeds were filthy. NO in depth cleaning is done here at all; its a disgrace.

Absolutely loved my stay at Las Floritas, pools are amazing, rooms cleaned 6 days a week, beds and towels changed every 4 days, mattresses could do with being replaced. Definitely going back next year, plenty of sun beds at €1 per day. Can't fault anything for the price, excellent thank you!

Clean, spacious apartments, with fridge/freezer, safe, cooker and all utensils. Great location with everything you need on the doorstep. We stayed here before so booked again and will do in the future. Found reception staff pleasant and willing to help, rooms cleaned daily (towels, toilet rolls supplied). Beautiful pool, sun loungers available for €1 daily.

These are basic apartments however serve the purpose and that is reflected in the price. Cleaning of the room is a bit sporadic but they are clean and the staff are helpful if there's anything you need. The pool is never busy because it is so large, and with some parts shallower than others it was ideal for little ones. Safe is extra but that is normal. Tele and wifi are extra too. I've seen reviews where people moan at having to pay for the tv but I didn't watch it the entire time of my stay and didn't miss it. Same with wifi, I used it when we were out and it was a pleasant change not to be welded to my email. Would recommend these apartments and I'll certainly be going back.

Las Floritas is a great quirky little apartment complex situated behind a Chinese restaurant, which is excellent by the way and a strip club. This may sound like the worst front to an apartment ever but there was Zero hassle from the strip club. Once you walk through the entrance between the two and down the stairs to reception it's a hidden gem. The pool area is really cool, the pool goes right round the complex, it has lots of different depths and bridges, little waterfalls, the bed are a Euro a day so no biggie. The whole area looks like a wee Spanish town and is well kept.

That's the good news, the rooms however are pretty tired and beds not great but bearable at the price. The rooms are however very clean but the maid service is a bit sporadic and you can't always rely on fresh towels or toilet roll! I read a review saying you get what you pay for and that about sums it up, the place is great but could do with a makeover in the rooms. I would go back no question but not in summer; I was there at Easter time and nights are cool, but with no air con I think summer would be a nightmare.

We have stayed in this complex many times before but this particular apartment was very run down. The furniture and fittings badly need upgrading particularly in the bathroom and bedroom. We also had no idea what day the cleaners would turn up and what they were actually going to do as some days the beds were made but no clean towels were left and on other days the opposite happened. Also not overly happy about having to pay for television viewing, television remote control and Wi-Fi.

The complex was nice and clean. Apartments are basic/standard budget end, 2 cooking rings, a small stove top kettle and a toaster, and a good size fridge freezer. The apartment was cleaned regularly during our stay. A small shop and pool bar on site help with the basics, a larger supermarket and plenty of bars and restaurants a couple of minutes stroll.

The one disappointment was the cost of Wifi - 1 euro for 20 minutes, 2 euros for an hour or 3 euros for 3 hours. This should be active time logged in to the Wifi, but when I bought 3 hours and tried to log off after using half an hour or so I got an error message from the logout page and it didn't log me out so the 3 hours went all at once. We've stopped nearby before and the wifi was paid not free but was 15 euro for a whole week and you could share a code over a number of devices.

Sun loungers you have to pay 1 euro per day - given that the accommodation is at the cheaper end of the spectrum for this resort this additional cost isn't too bad, and what it does do is stop people from throwing a towel on one early morning and then disappearing for the day.

Basic but good apartments. Brilliant location. Don't expect 5* because you won't get it at Las Floritas. Great pool for both adults and kids. The apartments are fitted out with a full cooker that has 4 rings, grill and oven, which is good. Also has a full size fridge freezer which means you can buy frozen goods from the supermarket and cook in the oven. Overall, these apartments are excellent.
