Overview


The hotel is situated just 4km from the centre of Cala Ratjada which makes it an ideal base for those wishing to explore the island.


Location


As well as being close to the center of Cala Ratjada, the hotel is also very close to the bay of Font de Sa Cala. A range of facilities such as bookstore, hairdressers, library and souvenir shop can all be found close at hand.


The airport is 50 miles away.


Facilities


The hotel has it's own restaurant, pool bar and lounge bar with Sat TV. There is also a swimming pool, children's pool, children's playground, table tennis, volleyball, aerobics, mini golf, rifle shooting and children's club. Tennis courts, mountain bikes, billiards and water sports are available for an additional charge nearby.


Other facilities include 24 hour reception, currency exchange facilities, safe, games room, playroom, internet corner, supermarket, laundry facilities and medical services. A full range of entertainment is available during the day and in the evening.


Rooms


Rooms are either for 1 to 3 people (type S) or 2 to 4 people (type A1). Type S have combined living/bedroom with bed setee, kitchenette, WC, bath, shower, telephone, safety deposit box, music channel and terrace or balcony. Type A1 are identical to type S with the exception of a separate bedroom. Rooms are cleaned 6 times a week and linen is changed every 3 days.


All Inclusive


The All Inclusive programme consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner, all served buffet style. Breakfast and dinner are served in the main restaurant and lunch is served at the pool bar.


Tea, coffee and juices are offered with breakfast, whilst water, wine and beer are offered with lunch and dinner. Snacks are served from the various bars at certain times throughout the day. Non alcoholic and locally produced alcoholic drinks are served from 10am to 11.30 at the various bars and from 8.30 to midnight at the disco.


In addition to all the facilities on offer at the hotel, there are also different children's clubs for different age groups during July and August.

Please note; A new Eco-Tax has been approved in the Balearic Islands. This Eco Tax will apply for stays from the 01.07.2016 (tax also payable for stays that include this date). This tax is payable directly to the accommodation, this includes hotels, apartments, villas, hostals, B&B's and cruise ships. The amount payable is between 0.5 euro and 2 Euro per person per night depending on the category of the establishment and the season.

As important as it is to have fun whilst on your holiday, it’s much more important to make sure you stay safe and follow the rules set out in your chosen destination during your time there. From April 1st there will be some changes on drinking and eating on the picturesque island of Majorca, and if you’re found eating or drinking on the streets of certain areas of Palma you’ll face a fine of up to €3,000. This new law only applies to certain areas of the island’s capital including the centre, Cala Major, Paseo Maritimo and all of Playa de Palma. The fine also applies to bars so they can no longer promote happy hours or show alcohol displays. Local police will be focusing their attention on these popular tourist areas to control drinking and antisocial behaviour in a bid to reduce the strains on A&E departments. You’ll still be able to enjoy the delicious food and drink on the island, but you’ll need to make sure you keep inside bars, restaurants and clubs when doing so. A lot of popular bars will have barriers to stop partygoers from taking drinks out onto the streets which, as an added benefit will prevent illegal sellers and pickpockets getting in.
