We are a family of 4 (two young children) and they put a singing and dance group of girls in the 2 rooms next to us. They had us up between 12am-4:30am for 4 nights in a row screaming shouting banging etc which left us all extremely tired, especially the children which put a huge downer on the whole holiday. We had to call security on them as it was that bad. Even after we complained there was no offer to move us or make the situation better. Very dissatisfied and disappointed as we only get one holiday a year, and it put a downer on it.

The food was not up to standard, ended up eating out of hotel. Could only have all inclusive drinks by pool and in plastic beakers, also not family friendly hotel catered more for younger generation. Room very basic.

Hotel is clean, rooms are basic. Dining room staff helpful but food could be warmer, bar staff some really nice but others not so and the idea of having to go outside for your drinks from the bar if you go All Inclusive is absurd in my opinion.

We (myself and my girlfriend) requested a double room, but only got a twin (two single beds) instead. The hotel was clean and tidy, maids were very efficient with the up keep of our room and friendly. The restaurant lacked polite staff, although bar staff were friendly and good fun. The night entertainment was primarily for the older guests - over 65's. I'd recommend this if you were on a tight budget, but if you can afford that little bit more, then spend it. Pools were nice, especially the indoor heated pool.

We were welcomed by the reception staff, lovely ladies always smiling. The water park that we could use was brilliant for the kids age 6 and 7. We paid the extra 20 euro each for the week so we could eat and drink in this hotel.

Hotel was good. Food was ok, some of the staff were very nice but others didn't know how to smile. Having access to the sister hotels water park was great. Overall you get what you pay for and we enjoyed our stay.

After reading some of the reviews on Tripadvisor I was a little worried. However the hotel was nice, clean and near to everything and the Aquapark a 10 minute walk.

The all inclusive side of the Garbi Park was terrible. Food was awful and we had plastic cups and beakers for our drinks when the half board people got glasses, we were treated like 3rd class citizens. Certain bar staff were rude. Most of the staff were friendly and people we met were very friendly. Rooms clean. Wasn't very family friendly, nothing for children to do in hotel. Pool area ok but could of done with more umbrellas by sun beds.
