Hotel was fine. Food wasn't that good had better. Drinks were limited to beer wine vodka and brandy. As for the cleaners they didn't come to 5 O'clock when you were trying to get ready to go out and when they did clean, they were only there a matter of minutes.

Room nice with a sea view balcony, cleaners good, staff so so. Food let this hotel down, only luke warm at best. They start cooking pide and pizza etc too early so by the time the snack bar opens its cold!

Hotel and pool area were great. Amazing staff. The thing that let the hotel down was the food at lunch time, it was cold. I have been in Turkey many times and am used to the lukewarm food that they serve, this food was cold.

Not worthy of 4*. Hotel nice. Bedroom nice, we had room 309 which overlooks pool and sea view, would recommend. Food basic and repetitive and we didn't like food overall. Entertainment would have been good if management had let Volkan entertainment rep have free reign. He was not allowed to alter programme to suit guests either during day or night-time. Pool towels can be hired at £5 each (refunded). Will not be returning.

The Alize is in a great location, our room was ok but balcony was very small and so was the safe. Clean rooms and clean hotel, lovely pool and staff were very friendly. Food was ok, plenty of choice but lunch and evening meals weren't really to our taste. Overall, a lovely holiday and would stay there again.

I really enjoyed it though they definitely need more sunbeds; we were going to the pool by 8 o'clock and all the beds had been saved. The air conditioning units need to be stronger.
