The complex is situated in the Asprokavos beach area, just 150m from the beach and around 1.5km from the lively resort centre. Just 200m from the hotel is a local taverna and a mini-market.

From 1st of January 2024, the Greek Govt. are charging a Climate Resilience Tax on all overnight stays which will be payable before departing the hotel. This tax replaces the previous sustainable tourism tax.
