Could really do with a small update! Lick of paint, grouting on tiles finished, microwave, rusted fridge replaced and small upgrade on cutlery etc. Wasn't aware we had to pay for television remote, fan, safe key is normal. Ali the manager was pleasant enough, although he was nowhere to be found when we were coming home so no deposit refund on safe key for us! Apart from that, the location is fantastic, no hills to climb and great access for the beach one way and the centre the other.

Nobody was there to meet us and the pool had not been cleaned. Ants were a major issue this time (inside and out). The sun loungers were split in half and the whole place looked very neglected.

Apartments are basic but clean. Maid Maria very friendly and helpful. Ali who takes care of complex also very friendly. Apartments 5 minutes from beach and also shopping centre, great position in Puerto Rico. Microwave in apartment would be good. Will definitely be back.

Basic clean apartments. Maria & Ali who take care of the apartments are very friendly and helpful. Apartments are in a great location at the bottom of Puerto Rico, 5 minutes to beach and also 5 minutes walk to shopping centre. Bungalows and apartments would benefit from having a microwave. Will definitely go back.

The photos on the website don't do it justice, lovely little apartment compound. Pool has been updated and now has easy access for those with limited mobility, like myself, it is also bigger than it looks. The apartments themselves are well equipped, extremely comfortable beds, double shower basin, rooms have obviously been recently decorated and are very clean, towels changed every day. The bungalow ones have their own sunbeds on the terrace, you are not overlooked, very private for those of us who don't like to flaunt their middle aged spread! Ideally situated for the beach, bars and restaurants, no hills! The staff are wonderful, would definitely book there again. Unfortunately it is adults only now and as I'm hoping to take my 13 and 12 year old grandchildren later in the year, I won't be able to stop there but I will certainly look to stay there again when I return to Gran Canaria on my own.

Our rooms could have been cleaner but still very good. Sheets could do with being changed more than once a week given the hot conditions. Staff friendly and helpful.

Basic apartments but kept very clean by lovely Maria the maid. Only two days she did not clean were Tuesdays and Sundays her days off. The apartments are very central in the flat part of Puerto Rico situated behind the main post office and very secure if guests remember to close the gate. The apartments are overdue a refurbishment but now have WIFI at a small charge.We stayed in the bungalows at the pool and our son stayed in room 201 on of the newer apartments which are considerably larger than the bungalows.

Good communication with the staff if asked for any advice or anything they were there straight away to sort it out. Cleaner Maria is very good and all the staff are friendly.
