Had a ball for the second year running with family and friends. Apartments clean but could do with air conditioning. Rooms include fridge, safe, table and chairs and washing line on balcony and a tv. Rooms are cleaned every 3rd day. Food good always something to eat and the burgers in the afternoon are amazing. All inclusive drinks strong and plenty of choice. Numerous pools all with bars and snacks including ice cream. Sun beds a little difficult to get hold of but we bought lilo's and lay on them. Some with music and animation entertainment. Entertainment at night caters for children and adults. Hotel grounds include supermarket, separate restaurant with 20% off, crazy golf, karting, tennis, kids playground and funfair!

Television no channel's, ariel socket hanging out of wall and wire frayed. No telephone connection. Noise from above and sides terrible. Guests on balconies 'til 2 and 3 in morning, dragging and banging furniture about. To get food, buffet bar ridiculously small for amount of people there, gave up queuing after 2nd day and ate in restaurants in Alcudia.

Alcudia is lovely place but this hotel complex terrible, will never visit again or recommend. Very dissatisfied.

On arrival to this hotel we were welcomed by rude and unhelpful reception staff who showed a lot of attitude towards us. We were transferred to another hotel due to no space at this hotel which split our first family holiday apart. When we eventually got our room at Bellevue we got a studio apartment and not a 1 bedroom apartment which we paid for. The rooms were not clean. There was broken fragments of glass on the floor, hanging electric sockets of the walls. We constantly had to keep asking for clean towels as taking them ourselves to our room. Bins were never emptied and the bed sheets was never changed at our time there.

The food was poor. They could not cope with the amount of people they cater for. (Coffee machine running out and orange juice). Tables were never clean and we had to clean our table before we could sit down and eat ourselves. The evening bar staff at the Morocco bar was exceptionally rude and abrupt and felt uncomfortable and threaten by them.

The pool was very dirty and a few occasions we had to leave the pool due to human faeces found and this was not dealt with straight away or taped off to warn over people. There was many palm trees around the pool that were dead and one occasion a branch fell down and hit another guest across the head which knocked him out unconscious and he needed emergency attention and was taken to hospital.

Would definitely not be recommending this hotel and it should be shut down. It completely spoilt our first family holiday and caused much upset. Other guests which we spoke to on our holiday felt and said exactly the same.

Just back from a week in Bellevue. Was nervous before we went having read some reviews but was pleasantly surprised. We arrived about 3am and check in was quick and easy. We were located in the Fedra 2 building in a 2 bed apartment and my daughter and her friend were in Fedra 1 in a studio. We were glad to be in the building beside each other. Our 2 bed apartment was a bit dated but was very spacious and clean, balcony was overlooking the pool which was great. Cleaners were in every second day and did a great job. There was a travel cot left in the apartment for us which was brilliant as never had a free one left anywhere else we stayed.

The pool was clean and although some put towels on the beds early there was still plenty of beds. There was a shop just outside our building, great for bread, milk, water and other essentials and 2 minute walk away within the complex was a great wee pizza place, food was very good and food and drink very cheap. One day the lift broke in the building but was fixed within 10 minutes. We avoided the amusement are until the last evening and was glad we did as got destroyed with mosquitos but having read reviews should have had our spray on.

We were self catering so didn't eat in the complex other than the pizza place. Next to the black and white restaurant is a fab kids play area all enclosed. Alcudia is an amazing place and for the price we paid for the apartments it really was brilliant. Clean, spacious and really safe for kids. I would stay here again if going to Alcudia again. Loads of great places to eat outside the resort and costs so little.

It is an ok hotel when you take into account the price. The rooms are very basic but just about do the job. The thing that lets it down is the restaurant, it is a shambles, its way too small and the staff can not cope with replacing food when it runs out, the food is ok basic but, like most all inclusive hotels usually find something.

Lovely complex once you find your way about. Accommodation basic and could do with a refurb, very clean. The kitchen has a fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave and two rings. Only thing missing is somebody to do the cooking.

The apartment was cleanish. The toilet door was starting to perish through water damage, the wall mirror was starting to rust at the bottom and several tiles around the bath were broken. All 4 legs of one of the chairs were attached to the seat by small metal brackets. The TV was an old CRT model with 3 English channels which stopped as soon as there was some bad weather. The apartment and the equipment are dated and the walls are so thin that the slightest noise is amplified. The sunbeds are not the cleanest and are starting to break. We loved Alcudia but we won't be staying at the Bellevue on any future visits.

My wife and I just got back from a week in the Bellevue Club in Alcudia. However we have a number of complaints that we feel are well worth mentioning. We found the staff in the reception very unwilling to help when we first arrived and we were kept waiting in reception for an hour and a half just to get booked in.
When we finally got booked in we had asked the gentleman on reception to be put in an apartment on a higher floor so we could enjoy the mallorcan sunshine sitting on our balcony. We were put in Room 603 in Minerva 2 only to discover in the afternoon of the 2nd day that the sun did not shine on the balcony at any time during the day. We then returned to the reception asked the girl if we could change rooms as we did not get any sun shining on our balcony as we had originally requested. We informed the receptionist at this point that we would rather sit on the balcony than at the pool. At this point she looked at us as if we had four heads. Again she was unhelpful and we could not believe her attitude not only were we complaining about the fact that the apartment was not what we had asked for i.e. where we could get the sun but we had gone self-catering and the kitchen utensils and equipment were unacceptable. There was no microwave oven, no toaster and the kettle took 8 minutes to boil. The cups etc were also not of an acceptable size. The electrics in the room were in a dangerous condition. The fridge door would not close because the freezer part was completely covered in thick ice. The wall lights were hanging of the walls which, as a retired electrician, could not be considered to be safe and the television should have been put in a bin about 20 years ago. It was a 14" portable that had the on/off and channel buttons and volume controls taken out of the side of it so you had to hire a remote control to work the television.

Minerva 2 does not have a swimming pool so people in our complex, Minerva 2 had to use either the pool in front of Minerva 1 or the pool at the Leda blocks which was like watching an episode of the The Jeremy Kyle show and almost impossible to find somewhere to sit at the pool. We are confused as to why if there is a path that leads to the street why does it dead end at the fence. From where we were staying to the street was quite an unnecessary walk if the fence had not been there we would have not had quite as long a walk. We are a couple in our 60s and found the walk quite taxing and frustrating when it seemed unnecessary. It was only after we had been there a couple of days that we found that there was a shortcut from Minerva 2 to the street. The receptionist did not inform us or any of the other guests that there was a more accessible way to get to the street. We were also aware that the housekeeping/cleaners only came into the room on 1 occasion to clean and we had to ask them for clean towels. They did provide the towels but did not even mop or wipe any of the surfaces or even change the bedding.

We would definitely return to Alcudia but under no circumstances would we stay in the Bellevue Club. We have stayed in a number of complexes in Mallorca and we are not aware of what the rest of the complex is like but we are definitely of the opinion that Minerva 2 is "the pits" and not worth the money. The comments we heard from other guests seemed to suggest that they were of the same opinion.
