Nissia and Kamares is a small complex of studios and apartments offering traditional Greek styling just a few minutes walk from the beach and resort centre.
Location
Nissia and Kamares is set in a quiet area away from the liveliness of the resort centre, but still close enough to walk too. In Kardamena centre you will find a wide variety of shops, bars, restaurants and nightclubs to explore.
There is a supermarket in the centre. Just 5 minutes walk from the complex there is a beautiful sandy beach, where you will find sun loungers, parasols and a variety of watersports.
Kos town is approx 25 km from the complex and Kos Airport is just 7 km away.

Special Information
From 1st of January 2024, the Greek Govt. are charging a Climate Resilience Tax on all overnight stays which will be payable before departing the hotel. This tax replaces the previous sustainable tourism tax. March to October: 5-star hotels: €10 per room, per night 4-star hotels: €7 per room, per night 3-star hotels: €3 per room, per night 1-star & 2-star hotels: €1.50 per room, per night Furnished rooms/apartments: €1.50 per room, per night November to February reduced rates will apply.
