So where to start. When we arrived at Nazaret apartments we were seriously disappointed but to be fair after our 12 nights, we came to like it quite a lot.

The bad; the apartments are old, in urgent need of updating, even just painting. The kitchenette and bathroom was a mess, but the beds were clean and comfy but it's a real case of you pay for what you get because it's cheap. Even the pool looked a bit grimy.

Anyway, it's amazing how soon you get used to something as we soon settled in and felt relatively comfortable. Oh one other point, they need more staff. If you have a problem they'll help you but you'll have to wait.

Now the good; the position is great. So convenient for the town, beach, shops and restaurants and despite its central position, very quiet and peaceful. We also loved the free bread rolls each morning and the convenience of the supermarket almost on site was great.

Oh and while I'm at it 'Tekkers' bar right at the entrance beats any hotel or pool bar.

So don't expect to be bowled over, don't expect it to be spick and span, do expect some bugs and the odd cockroach (have a look at where it is in the world...it's not a big problem) but don't expect it to cost much!

Overall though, my advice would be spend a bit more and stay somewhere just a bit nicer.

Great apartments, central location, pools well looked after and clean, staff fantastic and so helpful. Went half board - breakfasts ok, can't say same for evening meals - we were disappointed! It's the one area that needs improvement.

Very quiet hotel, clean and no trouble finding sunbeds around the three pools. Lovely and relaxing, nice small restaurant for brekkie and evening meal. Very close to shops and bars, bread rolls hung on door every morning which was a nice touch. Shower is brill.

The apartments are excellent value for money. The apartments are clean. The pool area was always clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and helpful.

We stayed at Nazaret last April and were satisfied. However, on our return we were really disappointed with the hotel conditions and facilities (or lack of). We requested lower ground floor (as I have mobility problems). Allocated upper floor. Changed after 4 days to lower floor. Allocated apartment was dirty. Hardly any equipment for cooking simple meals. Totally disappointed. We had reserved a superior room for October with Sunshine, we asked to see a superior apartment, apparently all rooms are the same. Definitely cancelling this reservation. Nazaret apartments need a total makeover.

This holiday was our second stay this year. I emailed prior to visit on this trip explaining our health conditions as my wife and I are over 70 years of age and found the owners and management excellent. They were able to provide a low level apartment. Cleaned every 2 days, 3 sets bed sheets in 10 days and pleasant workforce. Yet again a nice holiday.

Very friendly staff, rooms kept clean with fresh towels and bedding. Fantastic location, quiet enough to enjoy a good nights sleep yet just across the road to restaurants and shops. Pools large enough to swim and small pools for the kids.

Apartment spacious, we opted for a king-size room which was great, lovely pool view. Three pools to choose from with plenty of loungers. Apartments in great location in the centre of resort.
