In a peaceful location by the beach with excellent scenery, the Mammis Beach Studios are family run and have a warm Greek atmosphere and comfortable and well maintained accommodation.
Location
Set by a quiet road and 2km from the centre of Kardamena where there is a choice of bars, shops and tavernas as well as many tourist excursions.
There is a local bus and a taxi service making access into the centre of the resort easy.

Facilities include reception area, currency exchange, safety deposit box, restaurant with weekly barbecue, satellite TV area with large screen, poolside snack bar, swimming pool, childrens paddling pool, sun terrace with sunbeds, childrens play area, internet corner and pool table.
The hotel also organises entertainment with discos, quizzes and videos shown at the pool bar.

From 1st of January 2024, the Greek Govt. are charging a Climate Resilience Tax on all overnight stays which will be payable before departing the hotel. This tax replaces the previous sustainable tourism tax. March to October: 5-star hotels: €10 per room, per night 4-star hotels: €7 per room, per night 3-star hotels: €3 per room, per night 1-star & 2-star hotels: €1.50 per room, per night Furnished rooms/apartments: €1.50 per room, per night November to February reduced rates will apply.
