Excellent aparthotel by location - up to the sea 5-7 minutes, to the nearest shopping centres - 5-10 minutes, to the centre -10-15 minutes. Clean, cozy, friendly staff. Safe and air conditioning available, charged extra. Wifi is free, works in the room.

Towels and bedding were not changed in the 10 days we were there and the shower door was hanging off. No glasses in the apartment to have a drink out of. I know it is a cheap place but it was the worst apartment I have stayed in, in Marmaris. The staff at the restaurant were also very rude. The only thing going for the place is the location.

Clean rooms, pool good size with childrens slide, staff approached us every day to eat at their place and wanting to know where we are going even though we were self catering. Then got approached by one of the bosses not to tell other holidaymakers where we were spending our evenings and where we went for meals as we were overheard by staff whilst a holidaymaker, who also stopped in Isla, asked for advice where they could go to eat or where other nice places are to visit to explore as it was their first time. It should be nothing to do with them where we go and who we speak to about how and where we spending our money. I was very on edge every day as we been hassled most of our 19 days stay. I stopped at Isla 2 times the previous year, but would not stop ever again.

I have to say that I was ill almost all the time of my holiday but the hotel was nice. The staff was nice. The cleaning was not good and the cleaning ladies came different times (when they came at all). They just knocked one time at the door, then opened it directly - sometimes I was sleeping and they just walked right in. The bin at the toilet wasn't cleaned every day ad that's not ok. But everything else was ok. Just not cleaning. It became a little little better after I complained about it but, sorry not good.

Isla was really good. Staff very good. Had one problem which was dealt with right away. Took 3 of my grandchildren who had a ball. Overall a really good holiday.

Rooms were reasonably clean, the rooms we were in were not refurbished. When we went to a refurbished rooms, when management moved us to accommodate another guest just before the end of our holiday, this was overlooking a very noisy road and has very noisy air con. Felt slightly pressured to spend money on site and guilty for leaving. Food was variable, some good meals, some not so good. Pool area was too noisy (music), so we ended up going to the beach every day. It seems if you spend money here regularly you'll be well looked after, otherwise some (not all) staffs attitude towards you is poor. Wouldn't recommend.

The apartments are situated in a good central location. When checking-in I had to pay £90 for air-conditioning and the safe deposit box (which is downstairs outside reception desk), none of which is refunded. The room was spacious with a nice kitchen area however, they do state to be completely refurbished and there were some shabby finishings within the room and broken chair on the balcony. Also the rooms were not cleaned properly as I found broken glass and receipts from another holidaymaker under the bed. I also noticed my bed sheets weren't changed in the two weeks of my stay. I was on the top third floor and the stairs are hard for the first few days so if needed I would request a low floor apartment. As I was self catering I was using the cooker and facilities in my room to cook meals, but one day my cooker was removed from my room after being out for the day so I went to the receptionist and asked for another and he said he would sort this for me but it got later and there was still no sign of them returning the cooker. I left it till the next day as I thought maybe he had misunderstood (language barrier) or there had been a delay in getting an available cooker. I approached another receptionist and he said he would sort it for me, again a reasonable amount of time passed and I took another trip down to reception where I found the receptionist at the bar with a cooker and he said he couldn't remember which room number I was but I eventually got the cooker back. But being self catering the cooker shouldn't have been removed from my room in the first place. The pool and bar/restaurant area was great and there was also a free pool table and free wifi available to use at any time. Staff were really friendly and would help with anything they could, however they did try their hardest to keep you eating and drinking within the apartments bar/restaurant. And as being my first time is Marmaris, I wanted to go out most days and nights.

Staff very helpful and polite, great location, good size rooms but very basic, maid service everyday and clean towels/sheets as necessary. Food was good but more expensive than other restaurants nearby. Pool area was clean but glasses should be replaced with plastic ones as there were lots broken whilst we were there and it could do with some mats around the edge as it was very slippery, lots of children and adults were falling over. Air conditioning not worth having as it was in the smallest bedroom and done nothing for the rest of the apartment.

Staff very helpful and pleasant, the food very good value for money, rooms were very basic, pool not very child friendly for my granddaughter was to deep no shallow part, but would stay here again.
