Went self-catering, cooking hobs didn't work, no dining table or chairs in room. Shower was a wet room, which became dangerous when wet, (tiles super slippy). Owner Hassan, rude and didn't want to help you, always asking why we were not spending money at his bar.

Fantastic resort hotel to stay in. Great location. 2 bed apartment very spacious with 2 balconies. Staff was very good.

Great hotel for kids and excellent price, we only stayed 1 night. Couldn't do a week or longer, apartment needs work done and the pillows were rock hard. But was perfect for just a night stay. Perfect location.

This could be a great hotel, the water park is fantastic and you never had to fight for sun beds. The downside is the cleanliness of the rooms, we only had our room cleaned twice in two weeks. My husband had to complain to the manager to get our room cleaned the second time, in the end we gave up. One of the managers is very money orientated and can be very rude at times, they do not like you bringing in food from the local supermarket when their prices are 80% more. Such a shame could be great.

Enjoyable stay with Hassan and his family, wonderful apartments clean well looked after. Pool lovely with attached water park. Would recommend. Booking with Sunshine brilliant will use again.

Not cleaned enough, showers don't work properly, no basics such as cooking utensils and crockery. Pool fantastic, good location.

Location great, rooms large but had to ask all the time for the room to be cleaned. Aqua park was fantastic.

Was in one of the new apartments which are lovely. Cleaning is virtually non-existent which does not bother me as I tend to clean up after myself, (but did have to wash soap dish, bathroom glass and kitchen bin when I arrived) bins emptied and fresh towels given (which I had to ask for).

Pool area nice and Hassan the owner was a friendly guy. Was fairly quiet whilst we were there. New pool and slides being built new for next year. Bar and food prices were very competitive compared to resort. 1 minute walk to nearest bar and then all other bars very near but apartments relaxing. All in all I would recommend these apartments.

The apartment itself was lovely as were the surrounding gardens. One section is apparently to be transformed into another pool with slides for kids etc (work starting November). Hassan the owner was a friendly bloke. Bar and food prices within Gurol were very competitive compared to the resort. Very central with very little noise in evenings. Only downfall was cleaning, very basic if any at all but did not mind this.

I was in the older apartments and they could do with upgrading especially the bathroom fittings and fixtures. The 2 bed apartments are huge with 2 balconies. I would like to have had the bins (especially the toilet bin) cleared every day. We had to bag up our own rubbish and leave it outside the front door. Their location is fantastic and I would definitely go back but to the upgraded apartments.

Very clean, we had a two bed apartment, it was lovely, lots of room, cleaners in every day, towels changed every 2 days. All the staff very helpful, couldn't do enough for you.
