The Estudios is a great place to stay, if you want nothing more than a comfortable base from which to explore Benidorm. It's clean and the staff on the desk are polite and helpful. This was our third stay, so that says it all really!

Apartments very basic and small. Clean enough but did see a cockroach one night. Shower very erratic and small bathroom. Only one mirror in the bathroom. Staff were helpful and efficient. Sheets changed once in 11 days and towels changed twice. Near the beach and many shops and restaurants. Would not stay again.

We have stayed here many times and always have a very nice stay. This time we were on the 5th floor which we requested when we booked because the rooms have a large terrace whereas all the other floors just have small balconies. The studios are clean and are equipped with enough microwave hob and various pots and pans if you want to cook; we only did breakfast in the studio. The staff are all very pleasant and speak perfect English they're also on hand 24 hours a day.

Have stayed in the Estudios once before. We returned to them purely for the location. Being in the Old Town which we prefer. Very very basic studios. Look well used but due for refurb early 2017. High floor gets a very big balcony. Only basic kitchen and equipment. Last time we had a toaster but no kettle. This time kettle, no toaster. Location is perfect for shops and bars of the Old Town and Beach a short walk down the road. 24hr reception who speak very good English. Staff are very polite friendly and helpful. 3 stars given for location.

We arrived and were helped in with suitcases by the young man on reception and was given a choice of room. We chose the 5th floor, one with a large balcony. The studios are ideally positioned in the old town and have all the facilities needed, we only have breakfast anyway. All the staff are great and so polite. There is only reception from 8.00am to midnight in winter but we didn`t find this a problem. Summer months it's 24 hours. All in all I would definitely recommend these studios.

Although only two star rated you get five star attention. Rooms basic but very clean, maid service and excellent reception service. Have stayed here before as I find the location perfect. I will certainly be returning.

I paid for an upgraded apartment, but the apartment I got was very basic. I asked at reception whether they had made a mistake but they said they hadn't. It wasn't really an apartment. It was just one room with a small fridge and 2 rings to cook on.

This is our 4th stay at Estudios Benidorm and as usual everything was fine. They are clean and well enough equipped for making breakfast and basic meals if you want to cook for yourself. We just had breakfast. The staff are all very friendly and there is 24 hour reception. These apartments are perfectly positioned in the centre of the old town with the beach just a very short walk down the street and all the bars on the doorstep but it is not noisy.
