Plus points - the room was clean, towels changed on demand, air conditioning good and no charge for safe. Beach towels provided free of charge. Maid in room friendly and helpful.
Minus points - food in vast quantities but poor in quality and repetitive apart from the International restaurant. No air conditioning in restaurants meant that flies were plentiful but were totally ignored by staff including management. While staff work hard and most are pleasant, management seem to think it is acceptable to ignore guests.

Felt like a traditional 'half board' hotel that had just changed itself into an all inclusive - did not have the size or facilities that I would expect from an all inclusive. However, it was very clean and most (not all) of the staff were excellent - especially during the time of the tropical storm. The slow lifts and lack of working lifts were a major problem.
