The hotel is located just 150 metres from the beach and around 300 metres from the lively resort centre with its shops, bars and restaurants. There is a bus stop nearby with services to Corfu Town, Kassiopi, Roda or San Stefanos.

Facilities at the Alkyon Hotel - Sidari include an outdoor swimming pool with jacuzzi and surrounding sun-terrace furnished with loungers and parasols, a children's play area, a games area and, a TV room with satellite TV.

From 1st of January 2024, the Greek Govt. are charging a Climate Resilience Tax on all overnight stays which will be payable before departing the hotel. This tax replaces the previous sustainable tourism tax. March to October: 5-star hotels: €10 per room, per night 4-star hotels: €7 per room, per night 3-star hotels: €3 per room, per night 1-star & 2-star hotels: €1.50 per room, per night Furnished rooms/apartments: €1.50 per room, per night November to February reduced rates will apply.
