The Hotel looks very impressive when you arrive. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Rooms were quite big even though they were basic, but had everything that you needed.

Our stay was great at Letsos. We had a few things wrong like broken shower screen. Taps that were wobbly but apart from that everything else was great.

On arrival I thought the hotel looked lovely. On check in I wasn't told any times for breakfast or meal times, I had to ask, I was just given the room key and told where it was and had to go find it ourselves. The room was spacious enough for 3 people which was fine as we didn't want to spend much time there anyway. After one night I had to report there was no extra blanket for 3rd person, there was a used towel and no clean ones for us and the bathroom sink was filling and not draining. The shower door was hanging off which I reported but nothing was done. The sink was sorted after the 2nd complaint but the shower door remained broken all week. Breakfast was terrible lack of choice. Boiled egg, toast and ham and after 4 days we ended up eating out. We was then changed from evening meal to lunch due to lack of guests which turned out better as evening meal consisted of potato in fat with boiled rice and meatballs most evenings so again, after 4 days we had to spend extra money eating out. The pool area looked nice but pool temperature was freezing and most of the sunbeds were broken, the pool shower had mould and slime in the bottom and the pool started to turn green by the end of the week as no one was cleaning it. The pool toilets never had toilet roll and the ladies light was broken and not fixed all week. There was a lot of unhappy people staying at the Letsos Hotel me included and I would not stay here again.

I have stayed here 5 times, mainly because of the price. it has had bad and good reviews in the past, this is Greece and you get what you pay for. The pool area and bar are in very nice condition. The rooms (luck of the draw) have varied, some need updating more so than others (as in furniture etc). It looks like they have opened a part of a new block but I get the feeling this is probably for the influx of new tourists from Scandinavia. I travel on my own so the rooms are big with plenty of draws and wardrobe space. The cleaner came in twice during a 10 night visit. This is not a problem for me has I get 2 lots of towels and sheets on arrival (I am in a 2 bedded room). Location is good. 5 minutes from the beach and also the main strip so for me it's ideal, all I need is some where to shower and get my head down. Do not be like some people that go to Greece (and I have met some of them) who pay low prices and expect the Ritz.

We were here 2 years ago the hotel was not too bad but it has gone backwards. The room we got eventually was dirty and really run down. One day my partner just missed having a bucket of water tossed over her from two floors above by the cleaners, next day they swept the balcony above on top of her; we then complained and it stopped. We had black worms all over the room also a rat running around outside. I would never recommend this hotel to anybody nor will I ever stop here again.

Toilet leaking on bathroom floor, apartment smelt of sewerage. Both chairs on balcony broken. Spare pillow was smelly and covered in stains. Bed was like sleeping on a bag of spanners (springs protruding) had to have counter top cooker replaced due to electric shocks. Curtain pole insecure, almost fell on my head when I opened the curtains. Very limited supply of crockery. Pool and bar were clean, bar staff fab. Some areas of the pool were dangerous as parts of drainage covers broken, also broken sunbeds left disused around the pool area.

Great pool and the hotel is perfectly located to the beach and all bars and restaurants. Pool bar food could have been better and the breakfast at the hotel was extremely basic resulting in us going elsewhere most mornings. Rooms were basic but clean and maids came in to clean rooms everyday even if it was just to make a bed. Staff are extremely friendly would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Staff fantastic and very helpful. I booked late on my own as my sister and friends had already booked here. I must admit I had reservations when I read reviews but I was most impressed upon arrival and they had put me a few doors from the other booking as I requested. Apart from having to ask for a towel change (which was dealt with promptly) and no hand towel and a slow old hand held shower (friends had a shower cubicle) it was fantastic value for money. They gave me a family room to myself. The Letsos bar is very modern and comfortable, one of my favourites.

I had a great holiday, the rooms are basic but for the money you pay it was fine. The food in Letsos was also very nice and the staff were friendly.

We have stayed in this hotel for the past few years, sometimes twice a year and always had a great pleasant stay. We try and ask for the hotel/car park side as they are away from the pool/bar and they are the refurbished apartments/studios.

Staff are friendly. Have never ate there as we go self catering, it's in a prime location near bars and about 3 mins walk from beach, so has all you need. Will be back again next year for sure.

Top class hotel, the staff are always trying to make your holiday one of the best you could ever have. Situated in a very good position for the restaurants and bars. The hotel does it's own meals, the evening meal is very good value for money and really good. Their shop is close to the hotel and you can get everything that you need.

Family run, we've been going there for the last 25 years. This should speak for itself. All in all its a great hotel.

The hotel is situated in a great place. It's ideal for the town and beach. The staff are very helpful, they can't do enough for you. All the locals in Alykanas and Alykes, the next village on are always there to welcome you with a smile. The hotel is very child friendly and has a great play area.
